I had woken up as early as I usually did. My parents weren't home this time when I woke up. They had probably woken up earlier I thought as he got dressed for the day. I picked up My newly carved walking stick I had made myself the previous day and walked out into the kitchen. There was a note on the table underneath a bowl of soup. I picked up the note and read it, "Dear Tanare, your mother and I will be gone for a few hours, we are needed just outside of town. We will be home soon. Love, Klaukei Theogoulus." The note read.

I sat down at the table and ate the soup. After spending a few minutes to eat it, I left my house. I looked over to the mighty hist tree and walked over to it. I smiled as I knew that this tree was what gave life this tribe of Argonians. I would scoop some of the sap off of the tree with one of my hands and eat it. It had a sweet sugary taste, like syrup. As good as it was, I was only 15 and I was to just help the people around town. I began wandering around the village in search of something to do. Afterall I still needed to decide what I had to do in order to help his tribe of Argonians survive. I made his way over to thee town hunters, they could always use an extra hand I thought.

As I entered the hut for the hunters, I smelt the stench of fresh meat. They had killed a few mudcrabs, nothing too big. But they sure do taste good if they're cooked right. "Ah, Tanare. you want to help us strip the meat off of these?" Deeherei said. "Sure." I said as I grabbed some of the tools and pulled a mudcrab out of a basket, and set it down on a wooden counter. I then began to break the shells, and pull the meat out and hand it to Keerasa-Ei Pehrean, I didn't know him well. But, I did know that he helps make the meals for our village. Which is, quite a lot of work considering there's 100ish of us? Yeah, I think it's around 100. After around an hour and a half of breaking the crabs open and pulling the meat out I left the hunters hut, and made my way home. My arms a little tired from breaking open all of those shells.

I opened the door to gladly see that my father had returned. "Papa!" I shouted with excitement to see that he had returned home safely. I ran over to him and gave him a hug, and he would return one as well. "Tanare, welcome back home. Where were you?" He asked. "I was helping the hunters butcher some mudcrab." "Good, The mudcrab are tasting especially good this year. But rest up, an hour after your mother gets back we're going to do a little hunting with you." Klaukei responded. "Great! I'll be able to test out that new spear you got for me last week!" I said excitedly before rushing to My room to take a power nap.
