As Corbin listened to music on the way to his "new school" he realized that his mom was talking to him.

Mom: Corbin Kyle! Are you even listening.

Corbin: yes mom. I'm listening. And if I wasn't I could've just read your mind.

Mom: honey we talked about that. You don't get to pull those games here.

Corbin: yea yea..unless I find a cute girl you whispered to yourself

Mom: what'd you say sweetie?

Corbin: nothing mom..I'm gonna go back to listening to music..

Mom: okay honey we are about 15 minutes away.

As your father pulled up to the gas station in your Audi R8 and your mom stop there as well.

Dad: alright son and your sure you don't want your mom or me with you?

Corbin: I got it dad. I got my papers and my bag is in my car already.

Dad: what about your wallet that has your license that lets you drive this puppy." Pointing at your Audi.

Corbin: in my pocket as always. Love ya dad. Bye mom. I love you to!

Mom: DONT READ MINDS CORBIN KYLE DRAGOS!

As you hoped in you car you wasted no time getting out of your parents view..after you do you lit a blunt that you had sitting with a lighter already.. just relax as your driving worry free..

As you parked your car you realize that you need to change your hoodie before walking in so you pop your trunk and as soon as you step out people instantly stop and look at you.. you start hearing most of the girls thoughts"who's he" "mhm wouldn't mind some new eye candy"
You try your hardest to ignore them and you go to change your hoodie and your shirt lifts up a little bit but not a lot and luckily your trunk was covering you..

After you made sure you had everything you started walking into the school where it instantly sends you back to your old school in California with all of the thoughts that you hear. And you start to get a lump in your throat like your about to cry.

??: Mr. Dragos?

Corbin:yes?

Mrs. Weems: hello mr dragos! Welcome to nevermore! Is your mother and father going to joining you?

Corbin: nope. I drove myself.

Mrs. Weems well I'm glad I don't have to worry about transportation!...
Her mind: does something trigger it.. or is it always..

Corbin: I don't have to do anything. I just hear thoughts miss.

Mrs. Weems: sorry mr. Dragos. Just wanted to see.

Corbin: you're fine. And you can call me Corbin.

Mrs. Weems: okay well if you will follow me i will show you to your room.

As you follow mrs. Weems you start hearing two girls thoughts

"I wonder if I cut my throat now if it will be to late"

"I can't wait to meet the person moving across from me and Wednesday!!!"

Mrs Weems: Corbin are you alright?

Corbin: yea just a lot of thoughts...

Mrs weems: well this is your room..your roommate ajax must be next door with his friends, but you can go ahead and get yourself settled down. I'll check in with you later.
