A Birthday filled with Surprises

My name is Emma Jones, I'm fifteen year old and this story I am about to tell you take place on my birthday. I thought it was going to be a normal sixteenth birthday party but it ended in a surprised that change my life. It seem to be another day like another my mom being weirder though than the day before more nervous and so I asked her If everything was okay? she said Yes quickly and then asked if I like pancake for breakfast I said Yes and then I asked her if I could go over Katie's house later. She froze for a minutes like the question startled her and she No you cannot today with a sudden and quick fierceness I had only seen then she is annoy It freak me out for a moment then she suddenly change back to her nice demenor that it made me think that it was suspicious. I think she could tell that I was getting suspicious because she said I was just thinking that we can spend a nice birthday together since your getting older I said That's it sound fine I was little bit annoyed by the fact I could not see Katie but my annoyed mood went away as soon as I ate my pancake. We spend the whole afternoon celebrating my birthday we went to the Mall and went to watch a movie and my mom said I could watch any rated movie I wanted to I said Really? even something rated R with gore and stuff I said excitedly but I was cautiously because of the fact that this was odd behavior from my mom she never had allowed me to do that before she would even allowed me to watch PG-13 movies without Katie being here. So my suspicious were back but the excitement of the moment overtook my suspicious and we went to  R rated movie my first one and it would have been more enjoyable if my mother was not gazing at me as if she was studying me and searching for a sign of something wrong she looked away with nervousness written clean across her face I did not know what was making her that way. After the movies we went to my favorite pizza place for dinner and then we went home were my mom gave me some gift I opened them they were a journal and a pack of pens I looked at her confuse and she said it is for anything adventure you want to write down. After opening gift my mom said I have three more surprises but I have to get them ready Oh what our they I said excited but she said smiling that it wouldn't  be a surprised if I told you about them would they? they wouldn't I said laughing. She went in a out of the garage carrying bags and bags of stuff in there I knew that she was loading them in our old beat up minivan and I thought oh how wonderful we are going on a trip but to where I wonder and the sun had set it was night and my mother was not with the set up for her surprises and she brought me into the garage and told me that she was an Alien then she shedded her human appearance to show her true form a pale blue skin, her hair once brown and wavy was change into a glittery crystal and her clothes were replace with a suit made a sliver. I gasped in surprised and awe and said This can't be I'm nothing like you I'm human I'm not a alien and my mother explained that I was right your both the first of your kind a hybrid your father was a human and I a alien we fell in love and had you your father last request before he died was for you to spend time on earth. I did just that and I waited if you would show alien tendency but thoughts you wouldn't because on our home planet we start at developing at thirteen but it seem to be that since your a hybrid you blossom late. Today I saw alien tendency pop up all throughout the day they did I said shocked she said Yes they did you asked me a question with your mind and then later you use vocal chord along with your brain communication to manipulate my choices to something you desire. Is that why you were looking at me so strangely in the theater yes I was trying to see if you had the tell tell sign that you ready to form that is little bump on your forearm and you did I look at my arm then and the little bump she seen I noticed for the first time and that is when she said I could show you how to form if I felt ready and I did. She held my hands in her own and said that all I had to do was to take a three deep breath and as I did I would have to think about things I love the most and that would help me decided my form and I would morph into it. I took three deep breath and closed my eye and thought about my favorite things flowers, plants and my father and my mother a memory of them taking me to a botanical garden for the first time and just like that I opened my eyes and  I was morphing my wavy long hair turned into radiant lavender colored morning glory and my skin turned the color of green grass in spring and her clothes turned into a dress made of aloe vera. They went into the old beat up minivan the inside had change into a spaceship and they left the garage and wings came out of the side I buckle my seatbelt and My mom asked if I was ready to go home and I said Yes. We flew into space and to our home planet of celeste that was five years ago the day I turned sixteen the day that change my life forever.
