1. Backstory

* flashback*

A few months ago Laswell came to our house and ask if she could speak to Price.
"Dad! Kate is here!" y/n scream from the doorway.
Price came running from the kitchen to the welcome her into the house. She came in the house and they both went into his study to talk about work. After a few hours of bickering and talking about something that I was sure that involved me in the conversation because I hear my name screamed from the study.

"Y/N!" Price screamed at the top of his lungs.
"No ! That is not happening, Kate. She is not ready for undercover work in the field!" Price tried to convince Kate to listen but that did not happen.
"John, she is well ready but she won't be if you don't let her do the things that she is trained to do!"

Y/n came into the room after she heard laswell.
"Dad? Do you need anything, I heard my name from downstairs." Said Y/N curiously.
Then laswell spoke up. "Hey! Y/N just the person I need! I was talking to Your dad here and asking if you would be able to do a little recon for me for awhile?" As she looked back at price with a cocky smile. Price rolled his eyes and then looked at me as if he wanted my answer. Y/n looked at the floor as she was thinking about what to say next.
Y/n answered " sure but that is up to my dad if he is ok with me going undercover."
Price thought for a few minutes in his head. He finally spoke. "Sure but Kate if anything happens to her you will tell me first." Then he looked back at y/n and said "go get packed up kid." After y/n had left the room, he looked back at Kate and said " also we have to keep her and this mission a secret." Kate looked at John with a confused expression on her face as she asked "why?" And price answered "because my team does not know that I have daughter and just imagine what my enemies and team members might do to her." Kate looked at price noticing that he is going into a panic. " she is going to be fine John just trust me." Said Kate trying to comfort the now panicked price. John look at her as if he was coming back from having a panic attack. He took a deep breath and collected himself. "Thank you Kate" said price. Y/n came back all set for the trip.

"All set!" Y/n said with some excitement in her voice. Especially because this the first time doing this without her dad's supervision and help. She is going to be all by herself and that scared her a little.
"Ok kiddo" said Kate while she was looking at price. She saw all the worries on his face as they left for the front door.
* end of the flashback*

"Well  well well what do we have here?" said Phillip graves with a sense of satisfaction in his voice. Y/n tried to retaliate but she was tied to the chair and her mouth gaged with some type of cloth. " Sorry kid but that is not going to work" he said with some false sense of sympathy. "Let wait and see what your beloved father would do to get you back."graves said as left he started to leave the room. Before left the room some of his shadows came in. "Make sure she doesn't do anything stupid, I have someone to meet." Said graves to his men.

Y/n rolled her eyes at his men. Trying to be confident in the fact that she can get out of her restraints. But deep down she know that she had failed but is also thinking of what her father would do to him and his men. She also wondering what her father was doing back at home.
