My hand grasped the cold brass knob pulling the door partially open.
Inside was a giant parking garage that looked unused.Puddles coagulated in random places with florescent lights dimly lit above. They didn't hum as loud as the last area.
"What is this place.."
As i continued into the place I began to notice a subtle fog that seemed to float in certain areas.
Scraping metal came from the wall, the sound you'd think of in a construction yard.
"I hope this place has food I haven't ate since lunch at school."
Not long after my stomach growled.
Fun.
I came up to a ramp leading to a higher section of the parking space and to the side of the ramp was a small wooden crate with the lid slightly popped open.
"What's this?"
I mumbled, moving closer to the box. Cautiously removing the lid and setting it to the side.
Inside were two tan, muddy looking bottles with 'Almond water' written in brown on the front.
"This place actually has water?" i sneered, more at the irony than anything. This place was so weird I doubted I'd find anything but the repeating yellow walls.
Cautious I unscrewed the lid and brought the bottle to my lips. Cold flavorless water rushed down my throat. Reminding me of just how dry it had been.
I waited.
Nothing seemed to happen, no sickness, no blacking out. Nothing. Just plain old water.
I gathered my things preparing to move on to the next zone when the room flickered dark. It took me a moment to register what had happened when the lights shut off. This time not flicking back on after a moment.
"what the fuck. Oh hell no."
I muttered, scratching began to move behind me, then to the left and right. I swear i caught a glimpse of a smile out of the corner of the room. Hard to be for certain.
--Time skip--(30 minutes)
I had managed to find myself a room lit by two candles with dark brown wallpaper aging on the walls.
Venturing deeper into the room I found myself staring at a maintenance closet with a rather open space. Scaffolding and crates litter the floor.
With just enough space to walk around I began to examine the crates. Maybe they would have supplies.
