"I thought you had training today?". The inquisitive voice of Riven pulled the ice fairy out of her daze, glancing over her shoulder the blonde smiled softly at the sight of her boyfriend. Quickly shutting the textbook in front of her Elmira stood from her chair, placing a kiss on the specialist's lips. "Rosalind eased up on it - said with the funeral tomorrow she would let me relax."

Lying had become second nature to the blonde over the last week, she'd already been good at it when she moved to Alfea but after her confrontation with the headmistress a week prior she had been doing everything she could to avoid the woman - including skipping her 'necessary' training sessions. "That's... nice?". Riven questioned, not entirely believing his girlfriend but choosing not to question it - a habit he had recently fallen into in order to not annoy or irritate his girlfriend.

"Hmm, what about you? Why aren't you in class?". The blonde-haired girl asked, pushing the textbook she had recently acquired from the headmistress - well, a messenger of Rosalind's - aside, hoping to keep her extra-curriculars a secret for as long as possible. "It's five pm Mira?". The news of the time caused the blonde girl to reach for her phone, seemingly confirming the boy's statement as she glanced at the few missed calls from Beatrix. "Of course, it is. Do you want to go get dinner?". Elmira asked, placing her textbooks in a tote bag before smiling towards her boyfriend.

The third-year glanced at the girl he loved with worry before placing his arm around her shoulders and walking towards the exit of the library. "I've just got to put my books back in the suite and then we can head into town if you'd like?". The mention of leaving the school made Riven smile, a date night was definitely needed for the pair. "It sounds perfect." The boy confirmed before walking in the direction of the Fairy Hall. Students spared glances at the pair, the rumor mill never seeming to pass them - however it had become a constant source of amusement for the blonde ice fairy.

People always seemed to speculate that the school's 'it' couple had broken up, some suggested Elmira was pregnant and that's why she had extra training sessions with Rosalind - it was actually just a lucrative lie. Other rumours suggested they were just keeping up a front for the sake of their popularity and they secretly despised each other, this one always made her laugh. She was aware that if there were any person in the world that she refused to lose again it was her boyfriend, the thought of despising him was impossible.

However, Elmira's personal favourite rumor she'd had relayed to her from Tahmina was that the blonde girl had gone insane, completely institutionalized level insane. This particular rumor had been circulating the young girl since the events of the year prior had transpired. She was aware of it though, hell she knew there was a slither of truth to it, but the blonde girl refused to acknowledge it - she refused to acknowledge any of them.
