"Hurts, daddy." She whined, retracting her body from the wet towel I held in my hand.
I gazed softly at her, attempting to kiss the pout on her lips away. "I know, baby, but I have to clean you up."
She stayed silent for a few seconds before I saw a tear roll down her cheek. "Please, daddy." She pleaded, her eyes big.
I chuckled, caressing her hair gently. "It's Dray now, my love."
"Who's that?" She blinked, lost like a deer.
"Y/N, are you messing with me?" I asked, wiping the remains of our previous activities off her thighs.
"Daddy, who are you talking about?" She asked, her expressions scared as if I was speaking about a complete stranger.
Shit. Too far, I went way too far. "Come on, bug, it's just me, Draco. It's time to come back, Y/N/N." I said, hoping she was understanding the words I was saying. She blinked at me again, not comprehending a word that left my mouth.
I looked to my left on Y/N's nightstand, where a small framed picture of the two of us stood. "Look, baby, this is us! This is our house right behind us, and this is you, Y/N. And that's me, Draco."
"Draco?" She asked, this time her voice pitched a little lower.
"Yes, my love, and you're..."
"Y/N." She finished, laughing a bit. "Merlin, Draco, you've gotta be more careful. If it weren't for that picture, I don't think I would've ever gotten out."
"I'm just glad you're back." I smiled, kissing her cheek. "Here." I said, helping her into a new change of clothes.
"I'm not a baby, you know? I can do this myself." She said sassily, snatching my jumper from my hands.
"Well, you sure weren't acting like it three minutes ago." I said, grinning when she threw a pillow at me, faking annoyance.
