Anubis is on the top floor of an Egyptian pyramid somewhere on the desert floor in the God Mode stage of RPG Fantasia.
He sat at his office, filled with ancient Egyptian symbols, with the Eye of Horus carved on the wall right in front of him.
He removed his dog mask, while Cerberus laid down on the floor, all three heads fast asleep, with the dog's size reduced to that of a normal adult-sized Great Dane with 3 heads.
He sat there, contemplating in silence, thinking about the plan he set into motion.
He went full blast on driving a wedge between Morrigan and Hecate.
He is already on the initial stages of his plan as he bribed insiders close to both Morrigan and Hecate to give him top secret and updated information on their plans and whereabouts.
This is my chance to hit two birds with one stone.
These two old hags have been acting high and mighty for so long, and it's time that I finally stepped in.
They must have forgotten that it was me who introduced the two to each other.
Now it's time to sour their friendship, and take advantage of the ensuing chaos.
He got shaken off from his thoughts when he sensed fighting in the sandy desert right outside the Pyramid.
"Sir! The Vampire Lilith is attacking us. We need your assistance."
"Have you tried using Celestial Runes?"
"We've tried every Celestial magic known to us, alongside with light magic. It won't work on Lilith and her summoned vampire minions."
"Then think. There has got to be a loophole we can use to our advantage. Use silver weapons, daggers, or anything that is lethal to vampires. I'll deal with the Vampire Lilith. "
Anubis said to the soldier who reported to him.
"Yes, sir."
The soldier immediately left and returned to the fighting outside the Pyramid.
"Cerberus, wake up." Anubis commanded in a deep voice.
All three heads woke up at once, shifted to sitting position, and looked up excitedly at Anubis, with the tails wagging, and barking excitedly.
"Buy me some time and go hold off Lilith, ok? Just give her a hard time but don't kill her. You can do what you want with that vampire. Be a good dog."
Anubis bent down patted all three heads, then got up again.
Cerberus got up, and took off into the direction of the desert to fight Lilith.
Anubis changed into his battle armor, and put on his dog mask, and
He then disappeared from the top floor of the Pyramid, and reappeared later at the desert grounds, causing the vampires to tremble and have a hard time focusing on their attacks.
He saw vampires block his way, when he was about to relieve Cerberus.
He grinned a clever grin beneath his mask, knowing that the vampires are technically undead, and he can control the souls of the undead like the palm of his hand.
He separated the souls of the vampires, and whispered some commands into the souls, before returning the souls into the bodies of the vampires slumped lifeless on the ground.
The vampires immediately turned on their comrades, causing confusion in the battlefield.
The failing morale of the ancient Egyptian soldiers got boosted when they saw that their leader joined the fray.
