the chapter starts with kartik reaching the dance academy seeing naira's car. The moment he saw it empty was when he completely freaked out. He checked the dance academy thrice but his jaan was no where to be found. He was on the streets running looking for naira when he saw her backfacing him looking for signals ;
"aree yaar ye signal bhi na",said naira moving backward when she hit someone's back;
"oh I am so sorry mister..",said naira to look back to figure out it's kartik;
"kartik tum?",said naira who then noticed the tears in his eyes.
"kartik tum ro kyun rahein ho?",said naira cupping his face when he hugged her tight;
"naira tum theek ho na..?",said kartik hugging her tightly;
"haan kartik I am okay tum..what happened?",said naira;
"kahaan thi tum?",asked kartik;
"voh dance academy fir tire puncture aur fir no network",saidnaira cutely;
"pata hai jaan nikal gayi thi meri...I searched for you everywhere laga kahin tum..",said kartik but was interrupted;
"pagal ho kya kartik...",said naira;
"pagal toh tumhare pyaar mein hoon...chalo ab ghar bohot late ho gaya hai",said kartik who took naira's hand in his;
"ek minute...",said naira looking at his hand all bandaged;
"kartik..ye..h kya hua tum ladai karke aaye ho? Itni chot kaise lagi tum theek ho na?",said naira all worried ;
"calm down naira voh glati se glass pe haath lag gaya tha kuch nahi hai",said kartik;

Later the duo went to the car and was on the way to return home when naira asked;

"naira I am sorry maine aaj tumse jhooth bola trust me mein nahi bolna chahta tha I wanted you to be with me have the cake...tumne itne pyaar se banaya tha I am sorry par meri jhooth bolni ki wajah thi",said kartik;
"kaisi wajah kartik?",said naira;
"naira there is something going on but I don't want to risk your health by telling you that please meri baat samajhne ki koshish karo jab sahi time aayega I will tell you pakka se...let me just figure out a solution for it..i will tell you I promise",said kartik;
"tumhein kuch nahi kehna?",said kartik seeing a silent naira;
"kartik...it's okay mujhe nahi jaana but please tum itna stress mat lo...aur yahi baat jhooth bolne ki toh bohot dar lagta hai pehle family ne jhooth bola agar tum bhi mujhse jhooth bolne lag jaaoge toh...kartik you are the only person I trust please agar nahi batana toh mat bataya karo but jhooth mat bola karo",said naira with tears;
Kartik who was emotionally really touched by her words hugged her tight promising that he would never lie to her again while naira cried. He rubbed her back and told her that he is there whom she can trust and will always be there.
After a while when they reached goenka villas, kartik who looked up to see naira sleeping adored her

Kartik who picked her up in his arms carried her to the room, he went downstairs himself and heated all the food to see suhasini passing her glares;

"bas ab voh anaath humare kittu se kaam bhi karwane lag gayi",said dadi angrily;
"dadi aap line cross kar rahi hai",said kartik;
"chod do kittue tumhare samne toh naira ki buraai karna paap hai",said dadi who went away;
"pata nahi naira ne kaise jhela ho gay eh sab aaj",said kartik to himself and took the food upstairs waking naira up;
"kartik tum mujhe pehle utha dete khaana mein garam kar laati",said naira;
"it's okay aur vaise bhi tum sote hue kuch zyada hi cute lag rahi thi man nahi kiya but fir realise hua ki tumne kuch nahi khaya hai",said kartik;
The duo shared the food lovingly;
"naira..listen",said kartik;
"bolo..",said naira;
"dadi ne kuch kahaan kya aaj",said kartik taking naira in his arms;
"kartik chodo na...mujhe iss barien mein baat nahi karni hai",said naira;
"naira par"said kartik;
"kartik unhein time chahiye its okay hum unhein thoda time dete hai",said naira to which kartik just hugged her , naira bandaged kartik's hand and it was no soon that they drifted into sleep in each other's arms
