I was setting up traps inside a cave that was said to have a bunch of Konoha shinobi passing through it this afternoon. I wired the paper bombs and were finally done. I rolled the invisible thread outside getting a fair distance from the cave.
There was a lot of humidity in the air, and I wanted to test out the papers to check if it wasn't too bad for them in there and accidentally lit one up near me. It blew up in my face forcing me to fall backwards into the air.
A pair of arms caught me quickly before I hit the nearby sharp rocks.
I looked up to see my favorite blue man smirking down at me. I noticed his arms were wrapped around my chest and blushed trying to pry them off.
He noticed and let go quick raising his hands "S-sorry ...I'm too tall I thought I was grabbing your waist" he apologized while rubbing the back of his head
I blushed "It's fine.... it's ok...thanks for breaking my fall"
He smirked with a pink tint on his cheeks "I was in the area, and I saw you setting up traps from miles away...well uhm Samehada did at least"
"You were watching me...how creepy of you" I teased
He blushed and turned around "Tch I think it's pointless to lie to you at this point... I guess I was-"
"Wait here til I'm finished with my traps then maybe we can go have lunch" I flashed him a big smile and headed back to the cave to fix the damages.
Kisame couldn't help but feel his cheeks burn and sat down on the ground waiting for me, thinking of what to say on this little outing of ours.
