Tempted

Chapter 54

Raven's POV

I woke up the next morning to the feeling of someone caressing my cheek. My eyes rapidly blinked as a I opened them.

Once my eyes were fully open I looked up to see Harry smiling down at me while running his right hand over my cheek.

"Morning beautiful." He whispers in a husky voice.

"Morning." I reply as I stretch.

"How'd you sleep?" I ask Harry.

"Great." He says with a smirk.

I roll my eyes and start to get out of bed. I grab the blanket and cover my exposed body. I blush once I realize that I slept with Harry naked.

"There's no need to cover yourself. I've already seen it all." My eyes widen and I gasp.

"Harry!" I whine as I cover my face.

He lets out a small chuckle and pushes himself against my back.

"I see no reason for you to hide from me. I want you to feel comfortable, so if being covered is comfortable than that is fine with me." He whispers as he leaves feather like kisses against my shoulder.

I slowly turn my head and look at him. Giving him a small smile I lean against his chest and press my lips firmly against his.

He wraps his arms around my waist and pulls me closer to him. My hands trail up his chest, past his shoulders, and into his hair.

As Harry is pulling me onto his lap there is a loud banging on the door.

Harry pulls away and groans. He gets off of the bed and pulls on a pair of boxers. As he walks towards the door he throws me one of his shirts.

He silently waits by the door, and lets the person continue their endless banging as I put on the shirt. Once he is sure I am fully clothed he quickly opens the door.

"Finally." Luca says as he angrily walks into the room.

"I've been banging on the door for the past three minutes. It doesn't matter now. We have more important things to deal with." Luca mumbles.

"What the hell are you mumbling about?" Harry asks anmoyed.

"James just called and said that her dad moved her funeral to today. Everyone is on their way now."

Harry walks straight to my closet and pulls out a duffel bag that I didn't know was there.

"Raven, baby, go get dressed. You can't shower. I'll grab us something to eat from the kitchen."

I don't bother to respond. I quickly slide off of the bed and grab the first thing I find in my bag before heading to the bathroom.

Closing the door I quickly take off Harry's shirt and throw on my clothes. After quickly brushing my teeth and hair, I exit the bathroom.

Harry is nowhere in the room, so I grab my phone off the nightstand and head toward the garage.

I sprint throughout the house until I reach the garage.

Harry and Luca are throwing stuff into the trunk of the car when walk in. I slowly walk up towards the both of them and lean against the passenger side door.

Harry walks around the car and opens the back door for me.

"It's for your own safety. I don't know if your dad has people planted all around town to make sure you are dead. The windows in the back are heavily tinted, so they won't be able to see you." He explains.
