Harumi arrived in Inazuma but soon realized that the Ritou border was close to outsiders because of the God of Electro the 'Raiden Shogun' but since she is the second daughter of Ritou. Once, Harumi got off the ship with her lady maid following behind her once she got off the ship Harumi soon started to walk to the Hiiragi Clan since she wanted to see her father and older sister. Harumi knows that her father will not even care that she is back from Sumeru since Harumi is an obedient child she decided to finally step up for herself since she never received love or care from her father.
Harumi and her Lady maid Atsuko, who has been with Harumi ever since her mother passed away a year after she turned thirteen but ever since then her father, Hiiragi Shinsuke changed after her passing. Shinsuke has been cherishing his first daughter Chisato and stopped paying attention to Harumi but that never stopped her from doing what her father wanted her to do ever since she was young. Soon, Harumi and Atsuko arrive at the Hiiragi household and are welcomed by the servants and guards but most of all her older sister Chisato attacks her with a big hug since they have not seen each other for seven years.
"Oh Harumi, you finally came home after seven years of being in Sumeru, I am finally blessed by the archons that you arrived home safe," Chisato said to her younger sister still hugging her and smiling at her.
"Yes sister, I am finally home Sumeru is such a beautiful nation, and the people there are so nice and friendly plus I made a lot of friends there too," Harumi said to Chisato with a smile on her face. Soon, they walked inside while Chisato was telling Harumi that their father was having a meeting with the head of the Yashiro Commission about something important that had to do with the vision hunt decree. Chisato walked Harumi over to where their father was having his meeting with the Yashiro Commission so Chisato knocked on the door while hearing him say 'come in' Chisato walked in first and the Harumi followed behind her older sister.
"Father, Harumi just arrived home today from Sumeru isn't that exciting to hear th-" Chisato was cut off from her father while he glared at Harumi, who looked sad while staring at the floor.
"Chisato please do not interrupt me about being excited to see her can't you see that lord Kamisato is here for a meeting," Shinsuke said to his precious daughter, who 'apologized' for interrupting his meeting so they both left while lord Kamisato stared lady Hrumi from behind because he saw her looking sad.

Harumi P.O.V
Chisato and I walked away from Father's office so she decided that tomorrow we would walk around Inazuma city since I hadn't been here for so long, I started to head to my room since I was tired so Chisato said that it was 'fine' so I headed to my room once I got to my room I looked around and saw that everything was so different from the last time I saw it. I knew that Chisato redecorated my bedroom at least Chisato still cared and loved me unlike my father, who never cared or loved me ever since my mother died. Soon, Father's meeting was over and it was time for dinner so I walked to the dining room and Saw Chisato and Father sitting down while the food just arrived so I sat down on the left side of Father.
