"Your Highness, did you have another nightmare?" The prince's nanny asks when he wakes up crying once again.

"I did." The alpha prince sighs and lies back down. When he rests his arm on his forehead, he realizes how much he sweat during the nightmare.

"Was it the same one?" She softly asks as she wipes the prince down.

"Yes." He whispers and closes his eyes. When his eyes close, a tear trickles down the side of his face. As his nanny wipes the sweat from his body, he listens to the waves crashing against the shore and the wind brushing against the white curtains of his large room.

"Whatever you do, do not ever let anyone know that you have dreamed of being an omega slave." She gently warns the prince she nursed and raised.

"Thank you, Nana." He smiles and looks at the woman who has been with him his entire life.

"Now rest. Tomorrow is a big day and is going to be very busy." She softly tells him then stands up from the chair by his bed.

"It is not a big day for me. It is her big day. It is the first big day that leads to many more big days." The prince chuckles as he thinks of his older sister, the Crown Princess.

"She most certainly will not allow you to rest. She will want you by her side at all times." The nanny smiles then leaves the prince's room.

"Nana, did he have another nightmare?" The Crown Princess asks the royal nanny when she leaves the prince's room.

"He did, but he should be able to sleep now. Be gentle with him tomorrow and do not over work him." Their nanny softly smiles at the Crown Princess.

"I will not bully him. I promise." The Crown Princess smiles and takes a peak at her sleeping brother then goes to her room to sleep.

Before the sun rises, the prince wakes up and goes out for a morning ride. As he rides during the morning hours before the sun has risen, the cool wind whips through his black curly locks and thin, white shirt. He spurs his majestic steed forward as the painful emotions from the nightmare he had surges. His horse's hooves pound into the sand as he speeds towards the shore.

When he reaches the water, the prince pulls on his horse's reins and comes to a complete stop. He pants as he watches the first ray of sunshine peak over the dreary horizon. A pained scream fills the cool morning air as the alpha prince falls from his horse to the wet sand. He curses as he clenches the sand in his hands then looks up at the lightening sky and screams his curses.

As the tide returns towards land, the waves gently lap around the alpha prince as he sits in silence. He stares out into the endless sea and wonders if the alpha from his dreams has reincarnated and is living well.

"I hope you are living this life well." He whispers and closes his eyes allowing his tears to fall.

The sound of a horn announcing the arrival of one of the many kings and princes to arrive rudely pulls the prince from his swirling thoughts. He opens his eyes and sighs and looks up at his patient steed.

"When did you get this big?" He mutters as he looks up through his loose, curly locks at the large, black mare. "Should we return, or should we stay here where it is peaceful and quiet?" He whispers and reaches his hand up to pet the snout of his gorgeous war horse. "Shall we stay?"

The alpha prince sighs and lies down in the wet sand and looks up at the soft morning sky. He smiles and takes a deep breath breathing in the cool, sea breeze. He begins to hum as the waves gently lap against his body cradling him in the sea's dangerous embrace.

When he hears several horses racing towards him, he quickly leaps to his feet and unsheathes his large, black sword.

"Your Highness! The Crown Princess sent us to escort you back to the castle!" The Captain of the Royal Guard informs the agitated prince.
