The next day I'm at the academy cleaning the mats for the next morning drill session when Jeremy walked in.
He said ," You been staying out of trouble Jesse?"
I said," Yes Jeremy kept my nose clean so far rather boring."
At me saying that Jeremy laughed and I joined him laughing. Once that was over he helped me clean the rest of the mats and we prepared for the drills to begin.
After the drills me and my friends decided to go to the soccer complex to see if we could make some money there. When we arrived we found that there were no jobs and so we left still looking for work.
We far up looking for jobs and just went about doing chores and saving money months went by like this till one day we went to the academy to find a giant sign on it saying for closure.
Me and my friends ran inside to see everything being packed away and Pedro sitting in his now empty office.
I asked him, " I thought we had more time to come up with the money."
Pedro didn't answer me he just sat there looking at the ground. I kept trying to get him to answer till he finally yelled at me to get out so he could think.
An hour later he came our of his office and was saying he found a location that in time he may be able to put our academy in.
At this me and my friends felt hope the academy would come back.
We helped pack the rest of our gear and made sure it was all packed safe. After that it was all loaded up and carried away.
Everyone from the academy spent the next few weeks calling Pedro and asking what was going on. Until everyone had given up hope. Weeks turned into months, and months turned into a year.
Many people from the academy had moved on with very few people still hoping for the academy to return.
After all the waiting I had finally gotten a call from Pedro saying the new building had been set up.
I went to go meet him st the new location and saw it wasn't even a tenth of the size of our original academy.
I asked him," Is this really all we can get right now."
He smiled at me and said, " Remember everything starts out small but with proper care we will expand and become even stronger then we were before."
At him saying this I felt a slight glimmer of hope that we would rise again as the number one academy, but for now we had to rebuild again from the ground up.
