Jace Andrews was your average, above-average, rich asshole that sat at the head of a tech company he started a decade prior with his friend Jimmy. Now in his early thirties, he finally had the ability to get himself most, if not all the things he wanted— a giant leap from his days growing up in the orphanage. But as his wealth flourished, so too did the darkness in his soul, festering and warping a once humble lad into an obnoxious, self-righteous, prick.

You see, Jace had nasty habits that often got swept under the rug thanks to his power and influence. One such thing was his way of hiring young, attractive women to work in his offices, planning from day one, during their interviews, exactly how he would go about screwing each of them. Coupled with his perverted mind and nasty tendencies, he was superbly cunning and resourceful, hiring women that were either married or otherwise committed. This made it easier to blackmail the poor souls with recorded videos of their betrayals, forcing their silence and compliance.

Once they outlived their period of being 'the new thing', he gets his best friend and partner, Jimmy, to back him up in firing them. No bond was sacred to Jace, not even the one between him and his lifelong pal. Admittingly, he had known for years about Jimmy's true feelings for him, and though he was sure he would never reciprocate, he kept him close as his usefulness was far from expired.

No woman in his vicinity was safe from his lewd mind, and the fact that he was fit and ruggedly handsome, like a modern-day Adonis, made chasing his desires even easier. Living in the penthouse of the building he owned, he made it a habit of renting to the occasional struggling woman and attractive single mother, trading sexual favors for late rent as he records every demeaning second of it. Like with his co-workers, once his tenants outlived their purpose, he would find the most outrageous of reasons to terminate their lease, using his well-paid lawyers to intimidate his accusers into submission.

Jace Andrews was the definition of a misogynistic pig, blackmailing and manipulating women using his clever system, but like all men before him, he found himself bewitched by a particularly breathtaking woman. On the day of the interview, Adelina walked into his office and rendered him speechless. Her brown curls, porcelain skin, and serenely blue eyes made the Romanian Goddess a sight to behold, and behold he did as the gears started turning in his head. Unlike his prior victims, all of Adelina's family were back in her home country, and she had no ties that he could effectively exploit. Usually a major deterrent in his book, he couldn't let her walk out the door without the thumb of his employ firmly over her.
