The streets were silent as task force 1-4-1 roamed, searching for their target building. A run-down warehouse that was currently being used as a drug base. Their mission: find and take down the drug ring and destroy the building they were using as a hide out. It was a high adrenaline mission with a high chance for things going wrong. The task force was split into two teams, John "Soap" MacTavish with Simon "Ghost" Riley and John Price with Kyle "Gaz" Garrick. Price and Gaz were in charge of clearing the building and Soap and Ghost were in charge of blowing it up.

Soap and Ghost were in position, waiting for Price's call to enter the warehouse and to set up the explosives. They were crouched near the entrance, guns in hands, barely breathing. They occasionally made eye contact and gave each other a brief nod making sure the other was still alright. They had been waiting for at least 20 minutes in their crouched position when they finally heard the call to proceed. Ghost nodded to Soap and both of them entered the building, sweeping the area incase there were any remaining people Gaz and Price may have missed.

Once they knew the area was fully clear Ghost kept an eye out while Soap started setting up his explosives. He worked carefully, making sure to place explosives on each support beam in the building. It would be the quickest way to destroy the warehouse while also allowing them enough time to get out. Soap finished placing the last nitroglycerin bomb and stepped back. He made eye contact with Ghost and was about to say something when he spotted a gleam of metal out of the corner of his eye. Quicker than his brain could register he was sprinting towards Ghost.

He slammed Ghost into the ground as several bullets whizzed past their heads. Ghost ended up smacking his head on the ground but still managed to pull himself up enough that he could shoot the straggler.

"Fuckin' 'ell I thought Price got them all!" He yelled as he hit the offender straight between the eyes.

Soap pulled himself up quickly scanning the area for more people. If there was one they missed there was surely more. And more there were. Ghost and Soap were being bombarded with gun fire. They made for cover as quick as they could and started returning their own shots. While attempting to slide out of the way Soap ended up getting his arm grazed by a stray bullet.

"Ah fuck!" He clutched his arm as he hid behind a metal crate.

He started thinking quickly of the best way to get out of the situation. There were at least a dozen men, if not more, in the ambush and it was becoming difficult for the two of them to cope. Soap furrowed his eyebrows as an idea appeared in his head.

"Ghost! I'm going rouge!" He shouted into his comms and watched as Ghost gave him a rough look.

"We won't have enough time to get out!" Ghost responded, clearly agitated.

"We will, I've set it up so we have a moment to run! Just go on my mark!"

Ghost growled but agreed, picking off a few more men before preparing himself to run. Soap peeked around the crate just enough to aim his gun at the nearest bomb. He took a breath and held it, pulling the trigger. There was a small 'click'...then boom. The explosion was quicker and larger than Soap had anticipated and the sheer force knocked him off his feet. The gun fire stopped, the ambush clearly aware of what was happening now. Soap scrambled to his feet as the chain of bombs started to go off. Both Soap and Ghost were damn lucky that they ended up near the entrance and they both had a clear route to leave. And that they did, as quick as they could with the random bullet flying past their heads. The men in the ambush started scrambling to get away but most had chosen the rafters to perch and couldn't seem to get down in time.

Soap was almost fully out when one of the men Ghost had killed from the rafters slipped and fell on him, crushing him into the ground. Soap heard Ghost call out for him. Quickly he was brought back to his senses and shoved the body off. He pulled himself to the entrance as the building started collapsing in on itself. Soap saw Ghost reach out a hand and he quickly took it. Ghost pulled Soap's full body weight away just in the nick of time. The warehouse crumbled to the ground, the ambush not making it out and Soap and Ghost not even a metre away from the rubble on the floor together, panting and watching as the dust cleared.

Neither of the moved for a minute, catching their breathes. Ghost only moved when they heard Price's voice checking in on them.

"All's clear sir. We got 'em and we're alive. We'll make our way over to the pick up zone now." He said, standing up and offering a hand to Soap.

Soap took it and winced as Ghost hauled him to his feet, the pain in his arm making a sudden appearance. Ghost took out his medical pack and checked over the wound. It wasn't deep thankfully so he only wrapped it up in a temporary bandage.

"That'll do until we get to base." He said softly as he packed his kit away again.

"Thanks, Lt." Soap looked over the wrapping as he spoke, touching it gently. He hissed in pain and removed his hand.

"Idiot."

Carefully Ghost and Soap started making their way to the meeting point. They were both still buzzing from the adrenaline and flinched as they bumped shoulders briefly. They stopped and laughed together for a moment at the ridiculousness of the whole thing, making eye contact with each other. They held the eye contact even after their laughter had settled, and before either of them knew it Soap was dragging Ghost into a hidden alleyway.

Soap shoved Ghost against the wall, who tugged his mask up to expose his lower face, and smashed their lips together. It was hot and desperate, fuelled by their adrenaline and pent up emotions. Ghost dominated the kiss easily, holding Soap by his waist and pulling him flush against his body. Soap groaned softly and held Ghost's biceps. He pushed his own hips against Ghost's rubbing their erections against each other. Ghost let out a short breath and shoved his tongue into Soap's mouth. Soap bucked up at the feeling pulling a groan from the other man.

They pulled away and stood with their foreheads against each other, both panting and rubbing themselves together. Soap whined weakly as Ghost pushed his hips away enough that he could get his hand between them. Ghost unclipped both his and Soap's belts and pulled their trousers and boxers down enough that both their dicks could be let free. Ghost bit his lip as the cold air hit him and Soap immediately put a hand around both of their erections, having pulled his glove off with his teeth and pocketed it. They panted together as Soap started stroking them. His hand wasn't big enough to cover them both but he tried his best. Ghost quickly became impatient and pulled his own glove off joining Soap in covering the rest.

Soap moaned out and Ghost pressed his lips back against Soap's to silence him. Even though they were hidden in the shadows of the alleyway it didn't fully eliminate the risk of them being caught. Soap kissed back desperately moaning and rutting up into Ghost's hand. Ghost picked up his speed causing the man's knees to buckle and forcing him to grab onto Ghost's shoulders.

"Simon." Soap whimpered and Ghost looked up, making eye contact. "Don't stop, 'm so close."

Ghost obliged and thrusted up into his hand causing even more friction against their dicks. That did it for Soap and he came, head pressed onto Ghost shoulder, lip between his teeth to muffle his moan. The sight of Soap's release was enough for Ghost to only need a couple more strokes before he was also coming, releasing his spend onto his own hand to join Soaps.

Both men stood panting again, coming down from their highs. They parted, Soap still holding onto Ghost for support until he felt his legs were strong enough to support his weight again. Ghost pulled a cloth from his pocket and cleaned his hand and the few specks of semen that had landed on his abdomen. Soap pulled his trousers up fully, tucking himself away and clipping his belt back together. Ghost put the cloth away and did the same tucking his shirt back into his trousers. Soap and Ghost stood together for a moment before turning and leaving the alleyway, making their way to the meeting point in silence, both wondering if this would become a tradition after intense missions and both secretly hoping it would.
