"I've just, never felt so vulnerable before. But I've also never felt, like that... Does that make sense?" I say, sitting up and finding my clothes. "I'm just going to get dressed and clean up." I wandered out of his room, picking up the clothes I'd taken off near the front door. I go to the bathroom and clean myself up. I feel so confused at this moment, I was so happy but I am definitely overthinking it. I don't regret it, god no, not at all. I just, got my first boyfriend and lost my virginity in a day. I felt a bit, dirty? I don't know, maybe because my past experiences have made me feel awful, but this one didn't. I'd been assaulted, more than once, touched and groped in ways nobody wants to be. I looked in the mirror and felt the tears starting to form in my eyes, all feeling like tiny pin pricks. I got dressed, and washed my face with water, took a few deep breaths and went out to find Cole. He was still half naked in his room, at least he had trousers on now.

"Baby?" He says and I look up at him. "I know something bad, has happened to you before. But I promise you I'd never, ever hurt you." I just looked at him and felt tears starting to form again.

"How did you know?" I asked shakily.

"Just some things you'd said earlier, you don't have to tell me now or ever if you want, but I just wanted you to know that I l-" He stops himself, and now he seems nervous.

I go and sit next to him and say, "I love you, Cole" and smile widely at him.

"I love you too, Sav" he smiles back and leans in to give me a kiss.

We realise that it's almost 5 in the morning, and we aren't really sure how long we've been gone. We quickly get ready and collect our things and head back to my house. We get to the front door of my house and I see that the living room light is already turned on, I really hope it's not one of our parents. I open the door quietly and tip-toe inside, Cole following behind. I slowly shut the door behind me, when Cindee comes walking out of the living room into the main hall, standing there with her arms crossed and shaking her head at us.

"Where have you been?" Cindee says, she doesn't sound annoyed just curious more than anything. I had no idea what to lie and say we were doing, I definitely didn't want to tell her what we were actually doing.

Cole jumps in, saving me and says, "Well Sav couldn't sleep so we went for a drive and watched the sun start to come up and realised what the time was." Cole says calmly.

"Yeah, I'm sure that's what Sav's hair is a mess." Cindee laughs quietly.

"We went up to that part of town where you can see everything and we went to the top for a change, it was pretty windy." I say, hoping that I've somewhat covered it up well enough.

"Well okay then, you can't go to sleep now really because you'll be asleep all day and mess up your sleep schedules so come on we'll have some coffee." Cindee says as she walks off into the kitchen, me and Cole following behind.

Cindee goes to make some coffee and I say, "I'll do that, Cindee. You just sit down" I smile.

"Thank you, Savannah." She says, going to sit at the counter next to Cole whilst I make coffee. I overhear Cindee and Cole whispering but I can't hear what they're talking about.

--------------COLE POV--------------

Sav's gone across the kitchen to start making coffee and my mum comes and sits beside me at the counter. She sniffs, and leans in again smelling me and her eyes widen.

My mum whispers, hitting my arm saying, "You did do what I thought you were doing!" she exclaimed, whilst trying to stay quiet enough that Savannah can't hear her.

I laugh and whisper, "No!!" I couldn't think of anything to say so I continued, "Stop slapping my arm would you? You're gonna leave a bruise!" I laughed.
