(Akriel's Point of View)
I step a bit away from camp away from earshot from everyone else. That way they don't see anything that is about to happen. I shout down on the ground and try to get a little sleep if possible.
*SMACK*
???) What in the world do you think you're doing boy!
A skeletal shadow body grows from behind me and walks in front of me. This is Misery, he is the being that I made a deal with so I literally can not harm any innocent demi-humans.
Me) I was just trying to get some rest what is the harm in that?
Misery) Oh there is no harm for me I just enjoy watching you struggle. It's what all mighty beings like me do for fun.
Me) But why? Why me?
Misery) No reason, you just summoned the wrong demon to help you. Also in hindsight it would have been smart to just not harm demi-humans rather than make deal with a demon.
Me) You don't understand my home situation that led me to you. You know nothing about me.
Misery) Oh I know everything about you.
He begins to warp everything around us. I looks exactly like my home. I head towards one of the many cliffs and lean on the wall. I almost begin to cry.
Misery) Oh this isn't everything.
I hear the jingle of my mother's crystal earrings behind me. I turn around and my mother Nova Sonnenfeld is standing behind me. She had the same blonde hair as me but then had dyed the bottom purple. She had her crystals like mine all over except hers are a bit smaller.
Nova) WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!
Me) I...
Suddenly I'm interrupted by younger version of myself, about when I was 10.
Young Akriel) I am just relaxing and enjoying the air just got done with training today.
Nova) DONE!!! We're assassins we train all day everyday to make our bodies stronger. Now get back to training you little runt.
Young Akriel) Uh... YES MA'AM!!
Other me then runs off into the distance to continue training. I know I just ran off to my room to hide. I just look away from my mom, holding back the tears. I hear footsteps. I look over my shoulder and see my siblings. Enzo, the eldest, and Concordia and Discordia, the twins. The three of them laugh at me. What kind of older siblings help their mother break their little brother. I keep my eyes on them to see what happens, I never knew they came over to my mom after I ran off.
Enzo) Ha, look at that runt go! He is about as strong as a little kid. How is he ever going to make it as an assassin?
Typical Enzo, he is as bad as my mom. He just cares about taking the target down and having people to help take them down.
Concordia) From how much he tried to slack around and try to do things as passive as possible. I'd say there is about no chance for him to be like us.
She is right, there is no chance of me becoming an assassin. I never wanted to in the first place.
Discordia) Maybe if we torture him a bit that will drill fear into him and make him afraid to do things the nice route.
Discordia... always bloodthirsty. Out of any of my siblings I'm glad that I'm far away from her. The others aren't too bad compared to her.
My dad Syrus walks us behind behind them. Not making a single noise unlike the other. He stands a good foot above everyone, and about two feet taller than my mom.
