I wake up to my alarm beeping, I just grunt and find my way to the snooze button so I can peacefully sleep. Then I hear my alarm go off AGAIN. "Man won't this thing shut up" I mumble to my self. I was barely awake and then I looked at my clock 8:20 it read, well that woke me up. I rub my eyes and look at the clock again to make sure I'm not just hallucinating. I'm gonna be so late to school but oh well, I slowly get out of bed and waddle my way over to my desk. I look at myself in the mirror and think to myself wow talk about looking like a mop. I grab my hairbrush and carefully brush out my hair. It looks bare frizzy so I reach for my de-frizz spray even those do absolutely nothing I'm just gonna pretend they do. I decided to just do a side plait cus they're easy and do look that bad.

Once I'm changed, I make my way downstairs and pop in some bread into the toaster. I reach for the chocolate spread when I heard my dad say "what you doing home?" He has a thick Irish accent so it's quite hard to ignore him.
"Holy fuck, you scared me" I said regretting my word choices. He just ignores what I said and just stands there.
I was confused for like a second and realised that I didn't answer the question. "Oh yeah woke up late". "Do you want me to drive you" my dad asks "Nah its a 5 minute walk, I'm not THAT lazy" I say as if I didn't wake up an hour late.

My toasts pops up and I pull it out while slightly burning my self, I grab the chocolate spread and evenly spread it over the toast. "Look if you get detention don't blame it on the teacher or you alarm okay because I'm not having that conversation with you" he says picking up a tube of cigarettes and heading outside to light one. He leaves the pack inside like right infront of me. Now I don't smoke but I might aswell try one. I take one out the pack and hide it into my pocket, I go to my room and grab a lighter and also do some finishing touches to my face.

I go out the front door and go round the corner I light my cigarette and breath it in, I feel heat go down my neck then I blow out the smoke. "Ew, ew, ew" I say while putting it out, I grab out my drink and chug it trying to get rid of the taste. How do people like those I think to myself while grabbing out two peices of gum. I make my way too school and stop off at the shop to get some lunch. Once I get to school I go to my classroom "you're late again iris" Mr Smith says while pointing to my desk, I just roll my eyes and plop down in my chair. I turn to my friend, who sits behind me, I poke him with a pencil "nate, nate, nate" I whisper while still poking him. "Yeah what you need" he says finally looking up at me. "I need you too meet me afterschool" I state "why? I'll ask my mum though" he whispers to me while carrying on with his work. "I got to tell you like the best new-" I say but being cut off by Mr Smith "iris are you listening?" Sir asks while giving me a stern look. "I am sir" I say confidentiality even though I'm 100% lieing, "Okay come up here and answer 3 of these questions" sir says while sitting down and lifting up the pen. Great I have to do these now, maths is easy though so all I have to do is quickly work out the questions. Simplifying Ratio, okay so 21:14 so I divide both numbers by 7 so it's 3:2. Easy.

Once class was over I head over to my friends and say "omds I hate Mr smith" "Oh yes he thinks he's so High and mighty" Vanessa said with a small giggle after that sentence. "I swear down he's a pedo" I say, now I say this abt most teachers but its something about him that scream 'I'm a pedo'. "Anyways what have you guys got next" nessa asked me and hailee. "Um I got literature" hailee stated "same" I said "what you got nessa" I ask her, "Spanish" she says with a frown. "Oh feel bad for you" I said, like there's nothing wrong with the language but it's such a boring lesson "I'll see you both later" nessa said walking away.

Me and hailee entered the classroom and sat down at the back of the classroom. Mr Davids was our literature teacher, he's one of my favourite teachers to be honest and he's a massive dilf. He's like Chris evans and Ryan Reynolds. "Hello class today we have a new student" sir said "malachi please sit down". Malachi walks down and sits in front of me.

20 minutes goes by and it was getting boring cus hailee had fallen asleep so I might aswell talk to the new kid. I throw a rubber at his head so I could get his attention. He turns around "why did you throw that at me" he said rubbing the back of his head like it hurt. "Cus I'm bored" I said stating the very obvious.
"Okay what's that got to do with me?" He says, I just roll my eyes at his comment.
"Wait I know you from somewhere" he said "your in that film with Adam Sandler". "Yeah I am" I said while trying not to draw attention to myself, most people know I'm an actress but I get all awkward when people bring it up.

I didn't talk to malachi for the rest of the lesson and it was finally lunch. I walk over to my friend group and sit down next to nessa. My friend max comes over and said "I've invited the new boy, malachi, to come sit with us" he gave me and nessa a smile "Oh okay" I say in a soft tone. It might be nice to get to know him.

Nessa's boyfriend comes over and sits next to her and gives her a big old snog.
"Ew" I say and walked away I didn't like him at ALL. He's a dick, he thinks he's so big and tough but he's so full of it. He thinks EVERY girl in the school likes him.
I accidentally bump into someone which broke me out my train of thought. "Oh sorry" I say while turning my head and seeing malachi "no it's alright" he said I rolled my eyes because it as much his fault as it was mine like I deserve a sorry too. "Hey its you" he said with a big smile on his face, I just didn't respond. "Do you know where max sits" he asked me nicely "yeah I'll show you" I said as if I want to go back over to Mr and Mrs kissy. I walk back over to my friends and maxs says soooo loudly "Hey iris your back" malachi sits down next to max and it sit next to nessa.

"So malachi so you do any sports" nate asked breaking the silence that surround the table. "I do skateboarding and surfing" he said "do you do any sports, iris" malachi looked at me while taking a bite out of his food "I play football" I said "she means soccer" max said, I don't but okay. "What's everyone got next?" Max asked, we usually ask this once we have barley anything to talk about. "Me, iris and hailee have pe" nessa said ughhh great pe, worst lesson EVER. "Wait where is hailee" nate asked "detention, she fell asleep during lesson" I spoke "how did you not notice she ain't here" I asked him "I did notice, I was just wonder where she was" nate responded.
The bell rang so everyone went to there lessons.
