I bit my lip as Naruto and Sakura unfolded a small edge of the scroll,

“Be careful you guys.” I warned,

“Hai.” Naruto answered simply, I took in a sharp breath of air as they quickly opened the rest of the scrolls. I frowned when I saw what was written,

“What is this?” I murmured as I looked over the symbols drawn on them. I gasped as the paper rose slightly and smoke started rising,

“Quick! Throw it away! It’s a summoning jutsu!” I yelled in Naruto’s ear, he gasped and threw it to the other side of the room. Sakura did the same, just in time to. As soon as the scrolls hit the ground a man appeared. I couldn’t make out his face. I frowned when I started slipping,

“Uh Naruto.”

“Wait a second Ayame.” I quickly tried to haul myself up,

“Slipping. Slipping! I am slipping!” I sung as I clung to Naruto for dear life,

“Ow! Ayame! OH! Gomen!” Naruto quickly grabbed my legs and jumped slightly so I could return to a comfortable position on his back. I sighed in relief,

“Arigato Naruto-kun.”

“What? I-It’s you?” Sasuke stuttered,

“Hm?” I turned forward and grinned at the man who was summoned,

“IRUKA SENSEI!!!!” I squealed,

“Gah! Ayame! What did I say?” Naruto exclaimed, I hung my head sadly,

“Gomen Naruto-kun.” I apologized in a guilty voice,

“Hey, long time no see huh?” Iruka stated coolly, he looked up and smirked at us,

“Iruka sensei?” Sakura asked slowly, I rolled my eyes,

“No Sakura! It’s the talking turtle! Of course it’s Iruka sensei!” I joked; obviously Sakura doesn’t know how to take a joke so she stuck her tongue out at me. Iruka just smiled at us all,

“Looks like you’ve all gone through a lot in this test.” You have no idea sensei.

“Hey! What’s the idea with the surprise entrance? Why did you appear with the summoning?” Naruto asked,

“At the end of the second exam we chunin are supposed to welcome the test takers back. And, well, it was just good luck that I got given the task of being the messenger for you guys.” Iruka started walking towards us; Iruka took out a pocket watch,

“Phew, just in time to.” He snapped the watch shut and smiled at us, “And now, congratulations, you’ve passed the second exam.” I just stared at him dumbly, when his words finally registered I fist pumped,

“Yea! We did it guys! I knew we could all do it!” I cheered,

“Ha ha, well, in celebration I would like to treat you all to some Ichiraku ramen but-“ Iruka was then cut off by Naruto,

“RAMEN! SERIOUSLY? THAT’S SO COOL!” Naruto ran forward, I knew he would probably give Iruka a MASSIVE bear hug if I wasn’t on his back,

“Hey! Back up a little, give me a chance to finish!” Iruka asked while Naruto chanted ‘So cool’ over and over,

“Oh yea! Ramen would be awesome!” Naruto exclaimed, “Ain’t that right Ayame!?” He asked while grinning widely at me, I just smiled back calmly,

“Well I can see you’re as hyperactive as ever Naruto.” Iruka sighed with a weary smile,

“Hn, now I see,” I turned back to Sasuke who was sitting on the ground, “So if we opened the scrolls during the test, what would you have done to us Iruka sensei?” Sasuke asked,
