This book takes place in Fordham university, in august of 2019, Imane and Janet who drifted apart as childhood bestfriends accidentally run into each other at university. One who remembers her best friend and one who doesn't.
"Imane?" Questioned Janet "Sorry, do i know you?" Asked Imane "Imane hurry up!" Yelled one of Imane's friends, who Janet knew as Lauren.
Janet later found out Imane shared a few classes with her, and did hockey. They ran into each other again "Sorry i didnt mean-" she stopped talking as she looked up. "Janet" stated Lauren looking at her funnily "You know her?" Questioned Imane "Yea,she's friends with celine and Rachel" replied Lauren "Yeah, I share a dorm with celine actually" added Janet awkwardly laughing.
That didn't help her case, because now Imane was staring at her weirdly all day, as if she's some stalker.
