no one could tell ronal what had happened to her baby. the village soon came to the conclusion that ionia was a gift from eywa.
the girl was respected. seen as the villages goddess. she had a connection to the mother of all living things. she had a way with every animal or creature that lurked in pandora, no matter where, no matter what, no matter how dangerous. the girl was special. although ionia's brother who was born only a year after, had some jealousy of how precious and treasured the girl was to the family and to most of the clan. as did ao'nung's friends, due to the impact his words had.
