Netflix walked down the hallway at Telehigh School. He sighed, keeping his head down. His grades in his entertainment classes were dropping significantly, and he was loosing all of the attention and popularity he once possessed before.
At this point, he was happy with just a few friends at least. He walked into the empty (or so he thought) classroom, to retrieve his books he left there. Netflix was always leaving his books, no matter how good they were, behind. He rarely remembered to even get them, but he had to remember or else he'd be expelled this time.
What Netflix didn't expect to find was the anime club having a meeting in the empty classroom. As soon as he walked in, he was frozen. All he could do was stare at the gorgeous girl in front of him.
"Yo what up my main man!" Said one of Netflix's best friends. His full name was Amazon, of the Prime family (they were super rich) but everyone always just called him Ama.
"W-what? Oh hey Ama. I didn't know you were in the anime club." Netflix responded, starting at the gorgeous girl dressed in green.
"Oh I'm not officially. They had to pay me to be here, lol! But at least I'm here. So, are you joining?" Ama replied.
"Yes." Netflix said immediately, without hesitation. He wanted to spend more time with the most beautiful girl he ever laid eyes on. She caught him staring and blushed, looking at the floor.
"Sweet! Now I won't be all alone in this crapshoot. So what do you know about anime?" Ama asked Netflix.
For the first time since he walked in the door, Netflix turned away from the pretty girl and faced his pale friend. "Uhm.." he struggled, "Its animated?"
The pretty girl laughed and Netflix's heart raced faster. "It's much more that, silly. I'm Hulu by the way." She stood up and offered her hand. Netflix thought this was the cutest thing ever.
He shook her hand and said "Hey. I'm Netflix."
And that's how it all began.
