Sailor Neptune walks in after a long day of crime fighting. It had been a long time since Michiru and Haruka eloped and went away to live out there lives together. In their new town, they decided to spend their free time helping others- it wasn't going well. Turns out the rich area they moved too didn't particularly have much crime and with all the monsters appearing around the inner-Senshi, they didn't have much to do. Sailor Neptune tapped her wand, turning her superheroine outfit into a dark red road, embroidered with her sailor guardian symbol. After setting some coffee in the kettle, she lied in the corner of the couch and turned on the TV, and soon after Haruka came in, covered in dirt, quickly poring a cup of the coffee.
"Rough day?" Michiru said coyly. Haruka had a defeated, yet playful scowl. She transformed to her civilian form consisting of a pair of plaid sweatpants and a black sports bra. She sulked over to the couch, laying against Michiru. "Thought so-" Michiru giggled. "I had a rough day too." Haruka smirked; She wondered what her princess of a girlfriend could have to complain about. "What happened?" Haruka said, as she raised her head up. "Ok, so stop me if you've heard this one-"Michiru said, jokingly rolling her eyes. "There are kids in the road playing ball. Suddenly a car comes speeding by. You jump in and save them, and you know what they say?- Thank you, Sailor Jupiter." Michiru said, exasperation peaking through her calm demeanor. Haruka burst out laughing. "Mako? You two look nothing alike. I guess because you both wear green?" "There completely different shades, Haruka." Neptune said, nudging Haruka with her leg. "My girlfriend the art major-"Haruka laughed. "I hate it when that happens, but it could always be worse!" Uranus said, preparing to one up the Sailor Guardian of the seas. Michiru, amusedly pressed on. "Oh? How so."
"Promise you won't laugh?" Haruka said, showing feigned vulnerability. Michiru giggled. She loved Haruka, but she was also honest- "I make no promises. As a psychic, I can tell this is going to be good." Haruka gulped. "So, these women, probably about ten years older than us, were getting shaken down by some street punks. Well, I jumped in and saved them, naturally. And as I jumped off to the roof tops to resume the stake out, you know what they said? Thank you, Sailor Mom! Not Sailor Moon, Sailor Mom. They thought I was Bun-Head's mother!!!" Michiru burst out laughing. Her calm disposition shattered in a rare moment of utter composure failure. "At least they didn't think you were Sailor Moon's father!" Michiru said, regaining composure and patting her lover's shoulder, though Haruka's embarrassed face told a telling story that that had indeed happened. Neptune chuckled softly. "Well, you know with all the reincarnations we go through, it's entirely possible that one day one of us could give birth to Usagi." Michiru said jokingly with a cute giggle. Haruka's face turned white as she remembered all the times she flirted and or kissed Usagi. A smile crept over Michiru's face. "What's the matter love?" she said, her psychic powers already telling her everything she needed to know. Haruka laughed. "Let's change the subject- hey turn the tv up. This looks interesting."
The two began watching the documentary that was on before quickly falling asleep in each other's warmth.
