"Hyunjin sweetie, we're here." Mrs. Hwang said as she tapped on the males knee.
"What was that?" Hyunjin asked as he pulled out one of his headphones.
"I said we are here."
"Oh, oka- woah..." Hyunjin said, eyes wide as they met the sight of the building that sat to his left. "It's like a castle. I- it's like my drawing."
"What?" Mrs. Hwang asked, confused by what her sons meant.
"It looks like my drawing. Look." Hyunjin said as he handed his sketch book to his mother, showing her the finished drawing.
"Oh wow. This- this is amazing. You did this in an hour?"
"Yeah, but I still have touch ups to do."
"Let me see." Mr. Hwang said as he undid his seatbelt.
Mrs. Hwang handed the book to Mr. Hwang who simply looked at it with a small smile on his face. "I believe you might have drawn this for a reason. Due to your abilities-" Mr. Hwang said as he handed the book back to Hyunjin. "-You mind it causing you to see things that, as an artist, are just pushed aside by your natural instinct of being such."
"So what, are you saying I'm psychic?" Hyunjin asked as he began putting all of his stuff away.
"In a sense, yes. But, it doesn't mean every single thing you have drawn will come true or is reality. Some of them are just like random premonitions. Like for example, have you ever drawn a person or place that had extensive detail that had to be put in the drawing, or else it wouldn't feel right?"
"Yeah, I have." Hyunjin said with a sigh as he pulled his sketch book back out and turned to a page with a drawing of a person on it, handing it to his father. "I drew that about a month ago. I kept getting flashes of his face in my head and thought it would be a good idea to just let it out on paper. When I did, little tiny details started showing up, like that little heart shaped freckle on his right cheek, and the way his k-nines pointed when he smiled. No matter what I did, it always felt like I had to draw everything so finely detailed. That took me hours because of all the small details."
"See son, it's something this that would be considered a premonition. Wether it be someone you meet and become very close with, or someone who you pass by while going for a walk. It's the extreme detail that makes it what it is." Mr. Hwang said, handing Hyunjin his sketch book back for the last time.
"Also, sweetie. They could also be something more than that. Some people like you who I have known, people who are more intune with their psychic witch abilities than their others have drawn people who were past relatives, and some have even drawn the love of their lives, but it's not a very big amount. Sometimes they see it in a dream, and others, like what you did, it just keeps popping up so they draw or write down every list teeny tiny detail they could possibly imagine." Mrs. Hwang chimed in.
"So, do you think I might be more intune with psychic abilities?" Hyunjin asked.
"It's very possible sweetie. But, I think you might actually be more intune with telekinesis, but you haven't been able to control it."
"Your mothers right. Telekinesis is most likely your strong suit, and could be something that your body feels most comfortable with, being psychic as a hard second. But, we will have time to discuss it later when we call you. We have to get you ready to meet the principal and your supposed roommate." Mr. Hwang said, opening his door and stepping out once he finished.
"I'm gonna have a roommate?" Hyunjin asked as he slung his backpack over his shoulder and got out of the car.
"Yes sweetie. Every room, or dorm in this school is a two person set room with a perfect split down the middle for both persons to decorate how ever they like."
