"I still think you're a pompous ass!" Kaylie snapped from across the room, glaring daggers at Simon. The room was silent except for Simon and Kaylie arguing, only Kaylie could take that tone with Simon and get away with it...but not without a scolding or a roughed up training session.

"Here we go, resorting to name calling. Real mature, Kaylie." Simon rolled his eyes from his stance behind the counter. "May I remind you I am still your Lieutenant and I will not take that tone-"

"Oh shut up. You can't get over your own pride for one fucking second!"

"Neither can you!" Simon snapped, "That's why we broke up in the first place."

"I think that's our cue to leave." Gaz spoke, ushering everyone out of the room, and closing the door behind them. As to how they started arguing they couldn't remember. But neither one was over the other, they still desired each other, and hated the thought of the other being with someone else.

"What are we doing, Simon?" Kaylie plopped down on the couch, throwing her head back. Simon took a deep breath, before walking towards the couch and sitting beside her. "We used to be so good together, one of the best teams out there. What the hell happened?"

Simon took a moment before answering, six months had passed since they broke up and he had been wondering the same thing. Every waking minute he thought about Kaylie, and when he slept, for as little as he slept, Kaylie was in his dreams taking his hand and leading him wherever she wanted to go. And he blindly followed, he always would even if he wasn't dreaming.

"Our job." He answered softly.

"It was supposed to bring us closer." Kaylie sat up.

"It drove us to this." Moments passed before Simon opened his mouth again. "The sex was phenomenal."

"Borderline pornographic." She smirked, looking at him. "I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss it."

"Me too." He smirked, knowing she would be on him like a deer tick. Immediately Kaylie straddled Simon's lap, he only had on his hoodie and the balaclava, the eyeblack around his eyes made them stand out. Kaylie always liked that about Simon. His black hoodie with the hood up was also something she liked, it made him look like the sexy mysterious stranger who came to the party and stared at her from the corner of the room with lustful eyes.

"Take it off, Simon." She cooed, pushing his hood down, which came right back on after the balaclava came off. His eyes beamed with pure happiness, along with that cocky look in his eyes. He only looked at Kaylie that way, never anyone else. And Kaylie loved it.

"Please tell me this means you aren't over me." He mumbled, brushing his nose against hers.

"I'll never get over you, Simon Riley." She mumbled back, cupping his face in her hands and kissing him. Simon leaned back onto the couch, his head resting on the back of it with Kaylie's body following him. "You ruined my life, you british bastard." He knew what those words meant, her joking tone in her voice gave him a sense of home once more.

"You ruined mine first." He mumbled against her lips, his hand going to her hip and the other placing itself on the side of her neck, tilting her head as they kissed. The hand resting on her hip began to help her rock against him, he knew she liked it. It got him going more than when Kaylie kissed him. And even then, whenever Simon and Kaylie kissed it was magical, and left Simon with a boner every time. Which was why he rarely kissed her in front of the others unless she was standing in front of him or he had a way to hide it.

"Simon." She gasped as her covered center brushed against his in a certain way, where she could feel how hard he really was. Simon hummed against her neck, pressing light kisses. He continued to guide her hips at a slow pace, knowing that's how she liked it. Anything faster was a rushed fuck session. But he wanted to take his time now, and show her he can be better for her. "Fuck."
