It was a warm morning, i got out of bed and got ready for the day, i took a long shower hoping it would also fully wash away the dream that i had, i knew my parents were getting better by the day, but something just felt out of place. i had a blaring headache, the last thing i wanted.

i went back into the room and changed into jeans and a tube top. Gavi looked very comfortable so i didn't bother to wake him up. i walked out to the hotel room balcony to get a breath of fresh air but it just made by headache hurt even more. i went back into the bathroom and splashed water on my face, i stood in the bathroom looking at myself in the mirror seeing how pale my face was, then i saw my eyesight start going black, my legs buckled and i fell to my knees, my breath now heavy as i tried to keep myself conscious.

~~~~Gavi POV~~~~

i woke up to a thud coming from the bathroom, i looked over to see if y/n had heard it as well but she was not in bed. i quickly got and walked over to the bathroom.

y/n was on her knees breathing heavily holding her chest, her face was pale, almost as white as a ghost,

"y/n!" i said as i quickly went over to her pulling her into my arms "are you ok?!" my heart raced in worry as i looked at her, she looked up at me opening her mouth to say something but closing it and looking back down at the ground.

"I'm fine, i just felt lightheaded and then i was on the ground" she said pretty much panting trying to get as much air as she could.

"you're not fine, you almost fainted" i said trying to sound as calm as possible but worry was evident in my voice.

"Gavi I'm fine" she said as she got up, i helped her get up to her feet.

"Well, I'm calling a doctor to check on you" i said and she nodded in agreement, we walked over to the bed, i reached for the phone and called the front desk to send a doctor.

the doctor arrived and did some tests, turns out she was so stressed that it all caught up to her and it was too much for her to handle.

the doctor suggested that we take things very calm and to make sure she rests a lot

~~~~~~Y/n POV~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

i took the next few days calmly, i mostly spent it in the room watching tv or watching movies, Gavi was mostly gone with practice for the upcoming game with Japan, i wanted to go but Gavi said it would be best i stay and victoria offered to stay with me and we could just watch the match on the tv.

as the day of the match approached Gavi seemed more stressed than i was, he was staying later practicing extra and waking up earlier to get more practice, and if I'm being honest, it made me stress about him, he wasn't getting any good rest and i knew it was bad but i never seemed to say anything about it.

the day of the mach rolled around and everyone was on their toes, praying that they would do good, as it was time for the team to go to the stadium, i kissed Gavi wished the team good luck.

and watched as they left. Victoria and I settled in front of the TV, ready to cheer on the team. The game was intense and both teams were playing their best, but sadly we lost by one, i felt the devastation feel the room, me and victoria gave each other a sad look knowing that the guys were going to have a bad night.

when the team got back to the hotel, everyone went down to have a dinner in the hotel dining room, the dinner was silent and stiff everyone seemed to be in their own world of disappointment, finally Xavi broke the silence.

"Ustedes jugaron bien, simplemente no era nuestro día"(you guys played good it just wasn't our day) his voice low trying not to bring anger to the table, i felt bad for the team, they looked so upset.
