The whisper of The Devil.
It creeps out of the abyss, twisting around him... Not showing itself to anyone, not letting anyone touch it. Something is attempting to control him, while the doctor tries to convince him to protect himself from the unknown creature.
'Will you shut it away?'
'It's impossible! I can't!'
'Don't let it control you.'
'I need help! It hurts!'
'I am trying to help you.'
'End my suffering already!'
'I can't do that.'
'You're putting everyone in danger!'
He had no idea what it was, other than the fact that it was really, truly;
DANGEROUS.

The boy absentmindedly watches his arm reach down into his own pocket and retrieve a knife, unsure of what was happening or why. Had he failed at fighting back, or was it still possible to take control, just to say the one word he desperately needed to tell the people in front of him;
Sorry.
They all looked terrified at the gentle monster that was being possessed in front of them, and almost immediately after the creature had taken over Kin and had been revealed, they all scurried away with intense fear.
But Kin isn't the monster.
Hearing an odd voice protruding from his own lips, Kin found himself agreeing with every statement being said. Slowly and eerily, Kin begins transforming into the demon, and is becoming one with it.
His small sensitive mind has been momentarily placed on a high shelf, out of reach, and is observing the scene unfold before him, without any say or chosen emotion.
Because of the demon within him, and the demon he had become, nobody loved him anymore. They were all scared of poor Kin... They took a step back, then ran even further away, leaving him in the shadows by himself.
...All except for one single humanoid.
