Another Legacy

Chapter 1

You took a deep breath. The Barden University campus was right in front of you, the place where your mother and godmother studied and were Barden Bellas, you and your best friend and basically sister Emily Junk had heard so many amazing things from the two women that you both dreamed of being Bellas in your college years since you were very little.
Your mother turned to you and said "Now Y/N listen to me you are a Pistol you are the daughter of me Maggie Pistol ex co-leader of the Bella's and the goddaughter of Katherine Junk, you were born for this and you have an amazing voice they can't not take you. And don't worry if you don't know anyone, you'll make great friends and in two years Emily will join you too,so don't worry you got this"
You nodded and hugged your mom tight "Thanks mom, I'll miss you and aunt Kathy. Please tell Emily that I will hype her up to the other Bellas so she will get a place for sure."
Your mom helped you get your stuff to your dorm and then she went back home, it felt so surreal to you, you managed to graduate from high school and you promptly got accepted to the university of your dreams, granted Barden university wasn't an ivy league school but it was still one of the better universities.

You put on some music that your dad sent you and started putting away your clothes and , your parents had met during their time in college when your dad studied a semester at Barden as a foreign exchange student and when your mom told him she was pregnant with you he told her that he'd always support her but he had to go back to Germany to finish his studies so that he would be able to, he and your mom were great friends and she even helped him meet his current wife Silvia.
Thanks to your dad whom you visited nearly every year for a month in summer you spoke fluent German since he wanted you to be able to communicate with your grandparents who barely spoke English.
You loved being able to speak multiple languages so when the time came you chose to learn more languages in school, your grandparents on your dad's side loved the idea and gifted you several language learning trips to different countries by the time you were 18 you were fluent in English, German, French, Russian, Dutch and Ukrainian and understood a bit of Spanish and Italian. You loved your dad and your half siblings they were just too adorable your dad had three little kids with his new wife two boys and one girl, the two boys were twins and seven years old and the girl was two years old and just an adorable little princess.
You always made sure to Skype with your family once a week. Your dad and step-mom raised your siblings bilingual with English and German so they asked you to speak English and German with the kids.

After you put away all of your stuff, you took your phone and went to the activities fair in search of the Barden Bellas
