🎵So, Cartoon Elementary is this brand new school. We got magicked to this school age, and it's not easy to explain! We're students, we learn all day and try to do what's right! It's the brand new school for all of us toons, it's Cartoon Elementary! And now the day begins because our song is done!🎵

REVENGE OF THE BULLIES
(The Evil Jingle plays as we pan down to the Bully HQ)
Coyote: Yes! I successfully hacked into the story, so It could skip Bugs' Narration and go straight to us!
Bowser: What a genius way to shake things up for our audience, Wile E. Hahaha! You always come up with the Best ideas!
Coyote: I know I do. Now that we are Finally back here where we belong after suspension, we can finally make our plan to get our revenge against those pests of heroic students!
Bowser: So, what about that Plan of using that Brainwasher of yours?
Coyote: Simply Brilliant, Bowser! We will test it on a few students at first, but we will tune this thing for our major end-of-year surprise for the School, a Plan that has been months in the making. But again, we will have to wait until May to put it through.
Bowser: Alright... Fair enough, Wile E.
(The hack was finally broken)
Bugs: Hey, is this thing on? Oh! Good! Tails told me we've been hacked so it's a good thing he contacted me. You know, if I asked Thomas, he'd say that hackers would really grind his Gears.
Phoebe: Bugs, you're talking fancy again!
Bugs: I know that, Phoebe. I'm doing this because Someone has foolishly let down our security system!
Head Security Man: (watching this Show) Oops. I am so Fired for this.
The Author's Men Burst in and Nab him, and he is sent to the Shadow Realm.
Security Guard: Ahhh! Ahh! NOOOO!
The Author: That's better. I'm super sorry you had to see that, folks. We really need to increase our Security. You can continue, Bugs.
Bugs: Thanks, Mr. Author. Now where was I? Oh yeah! Ahem. (Narration) Anyways, It sounded like the Bullies were planning on striking again, seeking to test their new invention, thanks to you know who. Yep. Coyote made it for them in case you haven't Guessed. As for their plan, well... I'll let the story speak for itself for awhile.
The Students walk around the School In the Early Morning before Class begins. Bowser and Coyote were busy snooping about with their Brainwasher Invention, tuned to turn kids to their side, and they would obey their "masters".
Bowser: So many kids to Corrupt... So much to plan and do with potential minions...
Coyote: Easy for you to say. You, Robotnik and the Kaibas have minions, but not me. So it's Time I Forge myself an army.
Bowser: Fair point, Wile E. You are the Genius of our bunch for a Reason. Therefore, I name you my Third in Command for the Bully Faction.
Coyote: Thank you, Lord Bowser. You have made a very wise choice, your highness.
Bowser: I know I have when I first welcomed you in, my friend. You have done well to distance yourself.
Coyote: Shh! Here comes some kids.
