Quirk: CopyCat.

Quirk Info: This Quirk allows the user to perfectly copy a Quirk as long as it's user witnesses the Quirk in action and has the Quirk activated. If the user turns off the Quirk they will not lose the Quirk's they've copied but cannot use them without CopyCat activated. The potential of this Quirk is limitless but it doesn't make the user invincible. For example, if the user copied One For All, they would feel the negative effects of the power due to their body not being prepared for it. So often times, the user needs to fully understand what the Quirk is and what it does before using it all willy nilly.

If the user was to copy Endeavor's Quirk, they're body's cells will be adjusted to have a heat resistance so they can use the Quirk to their hearts content. But this process takes time. It isn't instantaneous. If the user copies Endeavor's Quirk, it'll take a few seconds for the body to adjust to the new power and build up the heat resistance needed to wield the power. So Evasion or quick feet is required while the Quirk is being copied.

This will not happen for One for All since it is not a hereditary Quirk and is one physically passed on. The body will not adjust itself to accompany the power, the user must  be physically given it. The user also can choose what to Copy and what not to Copy. Unlike Monoma's Quirk, the user can freely use multiple Quirk's at once, but they have to be the same class of Quirk.

So, the user can use multiple Emitter Quirk's at once but not an Emitter and a Transformation Quirk at the same time. They user also cannot copy Mutant Quirk's since that much physical change would kill the user if they tried too since it's physically changing their body and not their cells and small changes like heat resistance. So although the Quirk sounds OP, in reality it has some crippling weaknesses that makes it a Quirk that relies on Time, Effort, Observation and Thought.

Quirk Effects:

Eye Change: when the Quirk activates, the User's eyes change. they turn red and gain a patter in them. this is the known physical difference between Aizawa's eye change and (Y/n)'s eye change.

Eye Design: (What ever you Want it to be, just know the color is always RED and is in BOTH eyes.)

Quirk Draw Back:

Overload: the User can use the copied Quirk's all at once, but there's a limit. if the user uses 2-3 Quirk's at once. it's fine. but if they use 5-7 Quirk's at once it'll damage their body internally and externally. anything beyond that is suicide, if this does happen the user basically self-destructs.
