The Coffee Run

Chapter 1-The walk

POV:Max
I went on a walk to go and coffee before  I go to work.I was walking until I heard something behind be so I turn around.It was nothing?I kept on walking till I got to the store.I walk in there,But there was no one there?So I walk around and found a little area in the back of the store.I walk in there and saw that there was a kid!?I walk over to the kid and ask"Hey are you ok kid."The said"No I can't find my way out and My parents are dead.""Oh you poor thing here come with me."The kid came with me and I show the kid the way out but before leaving I went and grab coffee.Me and the kid walk out and I ask the kid what there name was and they said it was Kayla.Me and Kayla walk over to my house that I live with my roommate Alex who has no job and is a broke ass.Me and Kayla walk into the apartment building and walk up to me and Alex room in room 145.We got up there and walk  into apartment Alex's said,"Hey Max,Who is that with you?"I look at Kayla and said,"Oh them well I found them in the back of the store and took them in."Alex look at Kayla and then me and said"You can't just take random kids with you max."I look at her and just grab Kayla arm and walk her over to my room and told her to stay there so I can talk to Alex.I close the door and I walk back to Alex and we talk it out and she let me keep Kayla there all though I pay for the apartment.I roll my eyes as I walk to my room where Kayla was.I told Kayla that she can stay her I talk to Alex and she said yes.Kayla said,"Don't you pay the bills why is she saying I get to stay here or not?"I said,"I will tell you later ok."I took Kayla to the spare room and put them to bed.I walk out and Alex is standing right in front of me.I ask,"Do you need something Alex?"Alex just look at me and grab on my arm to hard and it turn red.I tried to take of her hand off of me but her grip was to strong.She drags me to her  room and lock the door.She throw me on the floor and I look up at her in fear.She yell,"Why the fuck where you outside of the apartment before!"I look at and said,"I had to go and coffee for me to drink so I didn't drink the coffee they have at work.""Then why did you go to the back of the store if you where getting coffee?"I look at her and started to tear up and said,"Well there was no one there so I was looking around and saw the room in the back of the store and went in there thinking that there was store people there."Alex walk to me and slap me and then said,"You don't ever go to the store again without me got only go to work by yourself got it."I look at her and yell,"Why do I have to listen to you I pay the bills you don't so stop bossing me around like your my mom!"Alex grab me by my hair and throw me to the wall and I black out and woke up to being tried to a chair bleeding from my  Head and look around to see...
