Chapter 15.

I was hitting with a wooden stick - found on the ground - the ground, touching the pebbles that bounced slowly when it touched the stick, moving the pebbles left and right. I was totally confused now.. I knew Zephyr existed. I'm sure of this. He understands me. And yet..I was sad. Kai's yelling at me affected me..again. I think he hates me even more. Or again. Forever.

"Why.. Kai yelled at me like that? Why does he care who Zephyr is? Maybe he doesn't even exist... He's exaggerating..a lot."

I huffed, putting my head on my knees, dropping the wooden stick that fell near the pebbles.

"You think I don't exist?"

A wind appeared past me, hearing that gentle voice everywhere.

"Zephyr!?"

I raised my head quickly as the wind enveloped me a few times, then stopped.

"Zephyr?"

"I'm here."

"Do you exist?"

I heard a short chuckle coming from everywhere. Slowly a figure in the wind appeared in front of me. He gave me the same smile and gentle eyes. My eyes lit up, moving closer to him.

"You exist! You're here!" I wanted to take him in my arms, just to walk through him, falling through the cold but gentle wind, quickly feeling the breeze catch my body before the ground did. "Ow..." And yet, my feet hit the concrete.

"I'm sorry, Morro!" Zephyr had quickly appeared in front of me, checking to see if I was hurt... "Sorry, Morro. I'm not solid enough for you to hold me or I.. I forgot to tell you about this detail..."

I quickly turned to him, cleaning my face and clothes of the mess.

"It's okay! I'm glad you're real."

"I'm real.. Morro. I'm just not alive anymore."

"Oh.. I shouldn't have been alive either.." I hugged myself.

"Yeah. I have to." His voice had turned serious, making me look at him. "You have to.. You've been given one more chance. And that is wonderful."

"S-sorry... Kai yelled at me for pronouncing your name..."

"Oh Morro.. it's okay."

"Can I show you to them?"

"... No."

"Why not?!"

"Because they don't need to know I exist. They don't need to know I'm back."

"You were sick??"

"No. Just lost. In a 'trance'. It's not..serious. I'm fine now."

"I think it's..serious" I had gotten closer. "I don't like Misako."

"Why don't you like her?"

"She's neglectful of her own child! She played with Wu and Garmadon's heart.. I have a feeling she still does.." I had paused, placing my hand on my chest in the heart area. "And now I feel that Misako has taken away something dear to me... Someone dear and important to me..."

"You're not wrong about that..." Zephyr said in a low voice. But I could have sworn I heard anger and the wind picking up around me.

"Zephyr.. I have one more question. Because I have a feeling you'll be gone soon.."

"You're right here. I can't stay much longer in here..."

"Who are you to me?..."

I was looking into his eyes. He didn't look at me at first.
