Jannette's perspective
I'm in gym class sitting on the bleachers at the football field drinking my water.
The sun is shining and I'm feeling the breeze that washes over me from time to time.
"Hey Jannette,Victoria's having a party on Friday wanna come?" Taylor says as she sit's next to me.
"Sure,what time is the party starting?" I ask,
"It's at 8PM,there's also gonna be a drinking game if your up for it." She says with a smirk on her face.
"Can I invite someone." I ask thinking about if Lia would want to come.
"Mmmm..Victoria told me not to invite anyone but. Who the hell cares." She laughs.
"Great!" I say putting my water bottle back in my bag.
"Who do you plan on inviting?" She asked with curiosity.
"Oh I'm gonna ask Lia if she wants to go." I replied.
"You know people have been calling her friendless." She says.
"What? Who?" I say confused,
"Sarah's the one who made it up." She says with a shrugging gesture.
Suddenly we both hear a whistle which means it's time to get back on the field.
"See you at the party then?" She says,
"Yup." I say smiling.
....
"So..do you wanna go?" I say leaning forward aglainst the table.
"I don't know..party's are boring." She says looking down.
"Come on it will be fun." Is say,
"...fine." She says.
"The party starts at 8." I say grabbing my bag.
"Okay." She says in a subtle tone.
...
I'm outside the Victoria's house where she's having the party waiting for Lia to arrive.
It was cold so I put on a black jacket.
Im leaning my back against the wall of the house looking at the people walking in.
I look down at my shoes for a few minutes before hearing my name.
"Jannette." I hear Lia's voice.
I look up and she's walking towards me.
"Hey!" I say,
"I'm not so sure I wanna do this anymore." She says with a anxious look on her face.
"Are you sure?" I say with a slight disappointed expression.
She looks at the house party then back at me.
"Alright fine let's go." She says forcing a small smile.
We both walk in and there's a bunch of lights and a table with shot glasses and drinks.
She follows me as I walk around kinda exploring the house.
Suddenly I bump into Taylor who is wearing a purple sparkly dress.
"There you are! Were starting the game come on!" She says laughing as she grabs my hand and drags me to the table.
While we're walking I turn my head and Lia is sitting on a couch and starts waving at me.
I wave back and turn my head back around.
There's 3 people playing at a time.
Me,josh and Katherine are playing first.
"Okay guys 3,2,1 go!" Taylor yells.
All three of us pick up one of the glasses and start drinking.
It had been 2 minutes and I had already drank 6 shots.
I ended up winning.
I drank the last shot I had which I wasn't even keeping count anymore and slammed it against the table.
People cheered as I put both my hands in the air celebrating.
