Accidental love potion

[Grian POV]

I got a notification on my communicator so I quickly tapped on it too see who messaged me

<Scar> hi Grian, wanna try out some of my potions? He privately messaged me

<Grian> uhh sure, what's the potion? I wrote back slightly skeptical

<Scar> I'll tell you there, you can come over to me rn if you want! He replied faster then I would've expected before I quickly tapped in a response on my own

<Grian> sure, I'll be there in a few moments

<Scar> okey ^^

I put my communicator in my pocket and flew out from my hobbit hole. I wonder what the potion could be, he is a wizard after all so I bet it's fine.

I dodged the big jungle trees and flew across the water and saw Scars lovely snail base. I landed on his doorway and quickly snapped his door with me

"Just gonna take that door real quick.." I mumbled to myself smiling knowing that I got another door I could put in my collection.

"Oh hey Grain!" He smiled at me while waving his hand signaling for me to come over to his brewing stands

"Hey..Grain..?" I repeated realizing what he just said, "Who is this Grain character?!?!" I said in my classical voice and giggled.

He looked at me, "You look cute when you laugh" He muttered quickly turing his head the other way again

"Did you just call me cute? I'm not cute!! I'm an intimidating and scary big bird!" I brushed off his comment with a little joke, did he actually just call me cute?

"Correction: small bird!" He laughed.

"HEY! I'm not small!!!" I jumped at him. "Look at yourself Grian! Your like 4.8 and can't even reach my head when you jump!" He smiled jokingly.

"I'm at least 5.5! Don't mock me like that Scar!!" I said as I quit jumping soon after following his chest up to his face making me just tilt my neck a bit to much for my liking
"Mhm?"

"Fine." I said and crossed my arms looking out the window aggressively soon after

"Anyway, wanna try out the potion I made?" He said catching my curiosity

"Hm, so what does it do exactly?"

"It's supposed to make you braver and fearless, let's just hope nothing goes wrong."

"I don't need to be braver! I'm already fearless!"

He rolled his eyes at me.

"Wait, nothing dangerous will happen if it goes wrong, does it?"

"Nonono, you can fix probably every potion with milk, don't worry!"

"Hmm..okay"

"Do you seriously think I'm that bad with brewing potions?"

"Anyway, can we get on with that little drink you've made me or?" I changed the subject but still made sure that he knew I was joking.

"Yeah, sure" he turned around and showed me the potion. It was neon green with some small speckles of blue in it.

"Doesn't look the most appealing does it?"

"It tastes better than it looks trust me! I think it will taste like green apples or something, I don't know, I haven't tried it out myself."

I grabbed the drink and took a small sip. It didn't really taste bad but the effect after wasn't really appetizing. I suddenly began to feel nauseous and felt my eyes black out.
