Mahogany Lox has a Sister?!

Chapter 16

Violet's POV:

ITS MY BIRTHDAY! HELL YEAH! I turn 14! I'm literally so excited. I jump out of my bed and take a shower.

After that nice relaxing shower, I put on my underwear and choose an outfit.

I decide to wear a maroon shirt with black shorts and my white converse. I head to my bathroom and curl my hair.

30 minutes later my hair is curled and put on a maroon flower crown. I wanted to surprise Hayes, so I headed to his room.

I knocked on the door and I see Hayes with his hair all over and drowsy eyes. I laughed and he smiled at me.

"Happy birthday princess." I smile and kiss him. "Thank you. You're actually the first person that has said that yet."

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY VIOLET!" Nash yells from the room. I laugh and Hayes lets me in. I hug Nash and say, "Thank you."

"So what do you wanna do today?" Nash asks. "Well I was wondering if we could go on our pennyboards down the beach?"

Hayes and Nash both nodded in approval and I went back to my room to get my penny.

My penny was mint green with purple wheels. I got it for Christmas from Mahogany. I knocked on the door again, and the boys were ready.

They smiled and we went down the elevator. We drove to the beach and hopped off. I was kind if feeling down that my sister hasn't said happy birthday to me.

But I don't want to be sad on my birthday, so I just brush it off. Nash skates off first, then Hayes, and then me.

I was a little slow in the beginning but I catch on pretty quick. I'm now in front of Nash and speed off. Looking to my left and seeing the beach, makes me relaxed.

Mahogany POV:

IM GONNA GO INSANE. My mom and I have been planning Vi's birthday party for such a long time. But the thing is that Aaron and Shawn are messing around, Matt and Carter are singing horribly, and Jack and Jack aren't even here.

I'm literally so stressed. "Honey, look, I know you're stressed but you need to be calm." My mom says.

I smiled and took a deep breath. I texted JackJ and ask him where he was. He answered and he said that they were on there way to the venue.

I sighed in relief and helped out Aaron and Shawn who stopped messing around, and Matt and Carter started helping too.

Cameron was talking on the phone with one of his friends that is a photographer and is trying to convince him to take pictures for Vi's party.

Hayes' POV:

Nash and I are trying to get Violet away from the hotel venue because we are throwing her a surprise party.

She obviously has no clue.

But I just hope that we can distract her.
