Chapter 3, Earth

the 5 stepped out of the portal cautiously, spotting a girl with black hair and bright pink eyes, she looked over in shock, seeing the portal close, Leif panicked and suddenly knocked her out, Pierce picking her up along with an unconscious Noi resting on his back, his nose still bleeding. they followed the random little kitten to where the girl lived, she woke up and after calming her down they learned her name was Ava, she looked back and saw Noi on Pierce's back, Pierce brought Noi into his arms bridal style and held him out to her. "Help him... please" Pierce had said, sounding desperate and worried, she looked at him for a moment, she checked his pulse and his breathing, she got some gauze and smelling salt. She stopped the nosebleed then used the smelling salt to wake him up, Noi shot up with a gasp, his eyes wide and trying to breathe, coughing slightly. Ava held his hands trying to calm him down. "look at me, can you tell me your name?" she asked, seeing if he was fully responsive, checking his pupils with a flashlight. "N-Noi Notaxie." Noi responded, still struggling to catch his breath. "Okay good, can you tell me how old you are?" she asked again checking his reflexes and his muscle tensity. "F-fifteen" he responded again, his breathing calming down. "okay, good, can you tell me your birthday Noi?" she asked, looking him in the eyes, showing she wasn't trying to find his weakness, but trying to make sure his brain was working properly, "M-March 23rd" he said, Ava looked at the other 4, making sure this was all right, they nodded and she had him lay down and save his energy. Pierce thanked Ava and she got them some clothes, it took them a while to figure out how to put it on, but they managed eventually, the first ones being Leif and Rhys. they got to go to the grandson of a lady next door named Mrs.Oats, and they got to try ice cream, Leif didn't have an opinion on it but Rhys loved it! they went home and helped the others figure out how to get human clothes on, and they really just chilled around Ava's apartment the rest of the day.
