A/N -- Hi everyone, I just wanted to say thank you so much for reading and being patient with the storyline. I know it's not following a typical plot where the romance happens quite quickly, I was going to speed things up but I've just brainstormed the next few chapters and I'm really excited for what's coming!!! I can't wait for you all to read!!

Thank you all for being so patient with the plot, I promise you it will be worth it xx

Erling's POV

I felt someone collide into me as I walked across to the bar. I looked down to see a familiar blonde head of hair stumbling backwards slightly, I reached out my hand and placed it onto her right shoulder to steady her, being careful not to hurt or knock her left shoulder. Her familiar scent filled my nostrils.

I looked down at her and watched as she looked up to see who she had bumped into, relief filled her face slightly before she looked at me in question.

"Are you following me?" She asked, looking up at me. I could tell from how she was speaking and how she had stumbled backwards that she was a lot drunker than the first time I had saw her.

I had accidentally bumped into her on the way back from the bathroom, I could tell from her pupils then that she was drunk and that was in the middle of the night. Never mind near the end.

I had been scanning the crowd on the way back from the bathroom in the hopes that I would be able to see her, even if she didn't see me. I had been in the club for at least an hour before I had first bumped into her.

And even though there were hundreds of other girls crowding the dance floor, my eyes wandered straight past, searching for the familiar blonde hair and blue eyes.

To answer her question, I wasn't following her. I had been briefly checking up on her throughout the night every so often. I found myself making excuses to my friends, purposely wanting to go outside to get some air when she was there, excusing myself to go and get a drink when I wasn't even drinking.

And apparently, I'd come at the right time this time, as she walking around the club alone.

I brushed her question off, asking my own one in concern.

"Where are you friends?" I answered her question with my own question. She was too drunk to remember that she'd even asked me a question in the first place. I knitted my eyebrows together, focusing on her.

My hand was still resting on her shoulder, I watched as she stopped and thought absently for a few seconds.

I could tell that there was nothing going on in her head, in normal circumstances I would be amused but I was more concerned as to why she was alone.

"I don't know," She admitted, turning to look at the main entrance. "I think I've lost them," She stuttered, as her eyes scanned the room, before she looked up at me innocently.

"Come on, let's get you home," I smiled, I gave her shoulder a light squeeze before letting go. I began walking in the direction of the tall glass door, the main entrance to the club.

I turned around to make sure that she was still following me before I barged open the door with my side. I stood holding the door, waiting until she had walked out before letting it close.

We both began walking before she started to speak.

"What about your friends?" She questioned, her voice was light, it sounded like she was struggling to even speak.

I had excused myself from the group of boys to go and 'get another drink', they had all been drinking and hadn't realised that I had stopped after my first, so they nodded as I left them to dance.
