The door to the penthouse creaked open but Naruto kept his eyes squarely out the window down into the parking lot where the paparazzi were trying to break in to get comments from his fake fiance Sasuke who stood behind him now. "You're still awake?"
"Of course, we haven't discussed specifics," Naruto looked at Sasuke in the glass and the Uchiha was as blank as his expression. "Any drink in particular that you desire at the moment?"
"You're a bartender?" Sasuke furrowed his brows as Naruto chuckled, a small smirk on his lips.
"An omega must be multi-talented. It's merely the bare minimum of my existence," Naruto closed the curtains, and Sasuke's eyes locked onto the diamond ring he had given the blonde when they first met, it was supposed to be a replica of Sakura's but there was a major difference as the stones on Naruto's were mined diamonds rather than manmade diamonds on Sakura's finger. Hence Naruto's ring was far more expensive, he couldn't answer the question as to why he would give the blonde such a ring.
Maybe some part of him feels pity that he's dragging innocence into the current situation.
"Black Russian," Sasuke ordered as Naruto went behind the bar and began assembling said drink. He was drowned in a baggy matching sweatsuit so it was hard to tell his figure but judging from his face Sasuke could at least tell Naruto was of a slim build. He could pick up on the honey-soaked fruity smell that served as the blonde's natural scent. It was ironically sickly sweet for such a quiet and cold person.
The Black Russian was perfect.
He watched the blonde make a kamikaze for himself before sitting right beside him. "Should we discuss things now?" Naruto asked.
"I guess so, do you have personal requests you'd like me to adhere to?" Sasuke kept his gaze fixated on Naruto's ring, the jewel almost seemed heavy for such delicate fingers.
"No, but I would like you to be aware that I am a dominant omega. I noticed my father never told you, so I'm making you aware," Naruto's eyes narrowed as he side-eyed Sasuke. "Otherwise I'm wonderful following your lead and rules."
Sasuke knew his scent picked up when he learned this tidbit of information. Dominant alphas were almost everywhere in high society but dominant omegas were the mythical creature. To have one in sight now made him swallow the mating venom pooling into his mouth. That was just his alpha acknowledging a superior partner to his beloved Sakura. In terms of bringing the best children possible, it would make sense to be with Naruto but he was claimed by Sakura so he could ignore the new information.
"Thank you for letting me know," Sasuke finished his drink before turning to Naruto completely who continued to sip on his. "I don't have many rules, we need to be a couple for the public it's as simple as that. I've already cleared this with my partner so she won't be taken aback by our display."
Naruto chuckled. "I find it rather amusing that you would play this card. It isn't practical. In a year when you bring her to the public, you'll be labeled as a cheater or a two-timer who picked the other omega."
"I'm prepared to handle that if you're worried about being faced with backlash I'll ensure you're safe," Sasuke reassured but the blonde only shook his head.
"I've always been on the receiving end of backlash," Naruto shrugged. "In a family of only alphas I'm seen as garbage, there's a reason my father was so quick to get me out of the pack house. I was an embarrassment."
Sasuke pursed his lips before sneaking an arm around the blonde's waist to pull him into his lap, his waist was soft. Naruto's eyes widened a bit but he remained relatively unphased. Sasuke kissed his cheek. "I'll set you up for life, you won't ever have to go back to that family," He promised.
