The Depths of the Dark

Heaven's pov

The breeze hit me, it was cold, so cold. I was blindfolded with my hands tied behind my back.

I could hear the sound of waves and my heart raced so fast. Taehyung undid my blindfold and when I looked around me, my breath hitched in shock and my mind went blank.

I was in a yacht and he was going to drown me.... my biggest fear was going to come true.... It was dark, so dark that barely anything was visible. The sound of the wave was too loud and it seemed like a thunderstorm was on its way.

I've always been scared of the depths of the sea, as a child I always had dreams about drowning and today it felt like all my worst nightmares were going to come true.

"You wanted to know why I'm doing this right? Don't worry, I'll make your last wish come true" taehyung chuckled, kneeling down to my level and looking at my fear filled eyes.

"Me and jungkook were always soo miserable, but at least we were miserable together. Then you came! You changed everything! You made him better and he left me to suffer alone. Can't believe that bastard was going to change for you! You know I liked you at first because I thought no matter what, jungkook will never change! But you changed him. but now I will make everything as it was."

I almost couldn't believe what I was hearing, he was going to kill me for a silly reason like that? Was he that mentally unstable?

"Taehyung this is unnecessary, please you don't have to do this. I will talk to jungkook! Everything will be fine!"

If I were to die a normal death, I would have never said anything like this to him but he was making sure that I die in the most possible painful way. And so I begged him for my life.

"No heaven nothing would change, it's too late. You will die, jungkook will become miserable again and everything will be fine... That's the only way to make everything right "

"Taehyung please, no" I cried

Grabbing my hair, he made me stand up and looked at him with pleading eyes. He wasn't going to listen to me.

"Shit" he cursed looking at somewhere, I looked there and saw another yacht that was coming towards us with full speed.

Jungkook was finally here.

"I don't care if he finds out it's me, you're going to die anyway" taehyung muttered as he held me at the edge. I looked down and everything looked so scary. It even started to rain, making the atmosphere more cold.

"Goodbye heaven" was the last thing I heard. I fell off the yacht and now I was underwater. The icy water shocks my system as I plunge beneath the surface of the sea.

I kick my legs as fast as I can, since my hands were tied I couldn't do anything to save myself . My chest is on fire. I need to breathe.. It felt like my chest would explode.

But then I thought about jungkook...he'll save me.

I didn't know how to swim, and my hands weren't free either so I went deeper, suddenly the need to breathe was more than ever before. I tried hard to undo the ropes, but nothing worked.

I can't see, I can't breathe, I don't know which way is up or down.

My lungs burn. I clamp my mouth shut. trying to kick my legs so at least I wouldn't sink deeper . The urge to breathe is unbearable. My chest's going to explode. No. No...

Bubbles spew out of me, taking with them my precious air. I want to force my legs to kick, but then all my efforts ceased. I couldn't feel myself anymore.

The blackness clouds my vision, my thoughts. Suddenly I saw a light, it looked so beautiful and calm down here.

I was getting further away...And now I no longer have the strength to survive.

Jungkook's pov

Through binoculars I could see them both. Heaven and taehyung, they both stood at the edge and by the looks of it I could tell that he was going to throw her in the water.

I see him saying something to her and then within seconds, he pushed her. I've never panicked so bad in my life.

It was dark and so hard to see anything. I grabbed a flashlight and jumped in the water without wasting any moment.

The water was unexpectedly cold and it was even raining .if I wouldn't find her within next few minutes then it's going to be end of it all.

I swim deep in the water, even the light was useless since I could see only limited space.

Please hold on heaven I'm coming, I prayed for her well being. I hope she holds on for a while.

After about five minutes, I still couldn't find her. I came up to breathe, my tears and the water mixing with each other.

I dive into the water again and this time more deeper, I would rather die here with her than leaving her all alone. I almost lost all hope.

But then I saw her... Lifeless.... She was going deeper with her eyes closed.

I swam towards her and caught her arm, pulling her up with me. She was in embrace and I could tell she lost all her control, quickly I undid the ropes that was holding her hands.

when I was up, I signalled my man and they came towards me. Helping us both to get onto the yacht again.

"heaven, please open your eyes" I tried waking her up

And at this moment I couldn't care less about taehyung, I will definitely find and kill him but for now all I needed was for her to open her eyes
