Mreader set in the anime Demon Slayer. The mreader is one of the descendents of Kokoshibu and somewhat resembles them. They will go through trying to gain the role of hashira without falling to the demons.
A/n: This is my first fanfiction of any book so far. Please enjoy the book and if you have any recommendations for the book please place it into the comments. Also all art that is used in this book isnt my own.
A/n: The story takes place during the time of where the current hashira are training and rising through the ranks in the demon slayer corps. This is a mreader so when you see Y/n just place any male name there and you're good to go.
A/n: the actions of a character will be inside the asterisks * and thinking will be depicted with ( ).
A/n this is what Y/n looks like. But imagine the cloak being purple and blue and the nichirine sword being a dark blue blade. The age of the character currently is 17. His last name is Tsukiguni and while he is stuck with his training the people he did the entrance exam to become a demon slayer who is already at the level of hashira with their mastery of their own breathing styles.With that out of the way we head to Y/n training.

Y/n: *sighs* Lets give this another go shall we
A/n: Y/n readies himself to try his breathing technique.
Y/n: Star Breathing *lowers body and gets into stance and eyes glow slightly purple* first form piecing STAR!! As Y/n finishes with saying his form, a spear like shape can be seen moving at high speeds.
Y/n ( needs to be faster ) why cant I master this form yet. Its ony the first form how does everyone manage to do this so easily *sighs and raises his head and placing sword back into its sheath*. ( hopefuly I can have more time to master this form ).
A/n: Y/n's crow would fly towards him at a relativly quick speed circling around him.
Kasugai Crow: Emergency Emergency demon sighted in a villiage east. Head there imidiatly I repeat imidiatly.
Y/n: * growns* Why do I have to get a mission now of all times. I was only just fuguring out how to balance out my breathing as well. ( though I wonder if i would see either of them there ). *begins walking towards the village that the demon sighting was at*
A/n: when he gets there
Y/n: Ok lets find this demon so I can just get out of here. *looks around to see if there are any obvious sighs of the demon* looks like I have to look around some more what a drag.
???: *Taps Y/n on the shoulder* Should you be here during the night it does get dangerous now that they have come here.
Y/n: Who gave you per...*sees a familiar face* Oh its you what rank are you now.
???: That im not going to tell you after all you havnt even told me your name. But by the way you reacted you clearly know mine.
Y/n: *growns* Fine. The names Tsukiguni Y/n. And your Shinobu Kocho right?

A/n: this is what Shinobu looks like if you havnt watched demon slayer
Shinobu: Yes I am. You've done your reseach. Anyway why are you here didnt you get the warning?.
Y/n: ( what is she talking about its just a normal demon right ) Yeah I got the warning but I dont understand your question. Isnt the demon here just a normal demon?
Shinobu: Unfortunatly not Tsukiguni. I guess the crow didnt tell you that the demon was former one of the twelve kizuki.
Y/n: kizuki and twelve of them. What on earth are you talking about your sounding a little bit crazy I'll be honest with you.
Shinobu: *visuably annoyed* what did you just say ( is this guy for real ).
Y/n: That i dont know what your talking about and that you sound crazy *Sounds confident with his words* ( what is she talking about im lost right now )
Shinobu: YOUR TELLING ME YOU JOINED THE CORE AND YOU DONT KNOW WHO THE TWELVE KIZUKI ARE?!?
Y/n: *holding his ears* ( shes loud. Too loud ) yeah i guess you could say that why?
Shinobu: *tries to calm down by breathing in and out* The twelve kizuki are the twelve strongets demons. They are the closest to Muzan. THE lord of demons.
Y/n: ( why didnt she just say that to begin with ) Well what the fuck do we do now then because i have still yet to master my breathing style. And I don't even know what your rank in the core is.
Shinobu: Well looks like well have to work together for now then. *smiles towards Y/n*
Y/n: *sighs* looks like we will have to work together then. ( why the hell is this happening. I work by myself most of the time but it looks like I have to work with her at this point )
