Dancing In The Dark (Hoseok X Reader)

Morning

Saturday, the night before Hobi left, we went to the park again. On the phone earlier, he told me that there was a surprise waiting for me. I haven't gotten my license just yet, so Hobi drove me.

When we arrived he pulled out two cans of spray paint, one purple and one green. We went up to the back of a park building. Hobi, with his green paint drew half a heart, and me with my purple drew the other half. Then he wrote J.H and I wrote my initials too.

"This is so you always remember our love even when I'm not there."

"Hobi before you leave, i want to know that you are the love of my life and that will never change."

I looked into his eyes for one last time. I wrapped my arms around his body and held him tight. I didn't want to let go. But then I thought about what he said. That he would love me even if we weren't together. I stared at the mural we created and kissed him one more time.

The stars were out tonight and we just sat there staring at them. I laid my head on his shoulder and time passed. Before we went home he took my hand and looked into my eyes.

"Everyone talks about the Most Beautiful Moment in Life, and i thought that i would find it off in california, but sitting here together, i realize that every moment i share with you is beautiful and i wouldn't trade that for anything."

The morning came again. And I once again stood at Willow Green Dance Studio. Allie and Madison were chatting and Jisoo taught us the choreo. The sun was out, but I didn't care. I already had my own sunshine and his name was Jung Hoseok. I took his hand and I knew I would never have to let go.
