A Mysterious Implant

Good Soldiers Follow Orders. A saying all clones must obey. in 2006, The Clones of Jango Fett and Vinare Madlene were created for The Republic. Jedi Master Sifo Dyas placed an order for a Clone Army. Count Dooku took over the project after killing Sifo Dyas. Jango Fett became the template for The Clone Army. And, after the creation of The Jango Fett Clones, Vinare Madlene became The Female Clone template. Since the Sith hijacked the project, Dooku, paraded himself as Jedi, instructed The Kamionians to implant Inhibitor Chips in the males, but not The Vinare Clones. When Vinare found out about Inhibitor Chips, she, along with Jedi Master Cer Lodeid, instructed The Kaminoians to not put Inhibitor Chips in The Female Clones. Little did she know, she help prevent a catastrophe years later. But, in one battle, years later, this implant would come into the spotlight.

2019, The Republic was in battle at Ringo Vinda. Anakin and Leyla Skywalker lead their troops in battle. Their troops, 501st Legion and 502nd Legion, helped the twin Jedi Masters Tiplee and Tiplar, leading their respective units. Separatist forces were commanded by the Harch Admiral Trench and the super tactical droid Commander Kraken. Their troops were reinforced with Jay's 76th, Mollbry's 54th, Echore's 308th, Alex's 503rd, with Thrasher Company, Sakura's 60th & Keeve's 95th, with Merrt Platoon. They fought droidekas and BX-series droid commandos, in addition to standard B1-series battle droids. Several of the troops used blast shields as cover. Eventually, the Republic forces regrouped in a large room, in preparation for their assault on Trench's command center. Skywalker laid out a plan for each of the three Jedi to take one of three hallways leading to a large area before the command center, with Tiplee on the left with Echore with The 308th & Keeves with The 60th in support, Tiplar on the right with Alex with The 503rd & Sakura with The 60th in support, and Anakin with The 501st head down the middle with Jay with The 76th & Mollbry with The 54th in support. As Doom's men had been severely depleted, Skywalker ordered ARC trooper Fives and Tup to take ten of their best men and join Tiplar's group. Jay did the same thing, but he have The 76th Airborne Company, Hase Company, and Senth Platoon to join Tiplar's group. Anakin told his sister and her troops to remain the captured command center and hold it at all hazards. 

As they 502nd prepare to defend and The Jedi prepare to attack, Leyla Fives noticed that Tup was acting odd. Fives asked him if he was alright, noting that it was strange for him to be experiencing an attack of pre-combat nerves. Tup caught sight of Tiplar, Alex & Skaura ordering their troops to follow them and became momentarily hostile, but was snapped out of his strange mood by Fives talking to him. He said he was fine and it was just a headache, before leading his friend in running to catch up with their group, which had already left. The assault progressed down the hallways and into the large open room, as starfighter combat raged outside the space station. Trench ordered his droid forces to hold their ground, as the Republic advance pressed them back. What happened Jay described the shocking experience.

"At first, we had the enemy on  the run. Then, as the fighting raged, I noticed Tup began to feel unwell, hitting his head in an attempt to clear it, before he became fixated on Tiplar as she fought several DSD1 dwarf spider droids. Iron, one of my soldiers, snapped Tup out of his trance and told him to get his act together and focus on the battle. He did, but then, he return to his odd behavior. Removing his helmet, Tup muttered the phrase "Good soldiers follow orders" before running up to Tiplar. Alex & Fives, watching, was unable to stop their friend, and Tiplar had just enough time to turn in surprise before she was shot in the head, dying instantly. He, then, turn to Sakura and them, snapping out his trance. The cause, unbeknownst to any of the witnesses, was a malfunction in Tup's inhibitor chip, which had been implanted in all of the clones in order to ensure their compliance with carrying out Order 66, the Sith's secret plan to destroy the Jedi Order. I ordered Sakura and Alex to pull back and perform a delaying action to the animated, just as Fives tackled Tup to the ground while Tiplee, horrified, leapt down to recover her sister's body.". - Jay Lyon January 20th, 2019.
