Prologue
Konoha council room
The 3rd Hokage Hiruizen Sarotobi is sitting at the head of the council meeting room listening to the council rambling about random topics. "Honestly I'm not sure how long I can deal with this stupid council meetings" the old shinobi thought to himself when suddenly a shniobi knocked on the meeting door and asked to enter. When he did they saw a man with the standard chunin flak vest with a pineapple style hair and a scar over his nose. "Iruka what prompts you visit to the council.?" The old Hokage questioned. It's the wanted posters.! He said shaking the hole time. "What about them is there some kind of threat to us the navy keeps the pirates away from the elemental nations. "No it's not that sir its the warlords.! He exclaimed even more panic in his voice. "Iruka calm down what is it just spit it out" It's naruto Uzumaki.!" The chunin was able to say. This caused many reactions mostly shock and happiness that the boy is alive while the other side was anger and fear. "WHAT" the Hokage shouted and it quieted everyone down Iruka caught his breath he just handed the Hokage a wanted poster of a warlord named Boa Hancock. This caused the Hokage to look confused but the Iruka put a new poster next to the other it was of a man with blond hair cold blue eyes and 3 whisker like marks on each side of his cheek it said "Boa Naruto guardian of Amazon Lilly" either the same bounty of the pirate empress being 80million berrys. This absolutely shocked the old man swing his surrogate grandson was a pirate and the he looked at the small info at the bottom and was even more shocked. It read "Boa Naruto is a powerful swordsman being even praised by the world's strongest swordsman Hawkeye Mihawk saying despite his age his is without a doubt a challenge if we were to face each other. It also said that he is the only man allowed to enter the island of Amazon Lilly and lastly shares the warlord position with his sister Boa Hancock.
Time skip 10 min
In this time iruka left and the council was informed of everything and now we see them discussing this development
"So the Demon still lives" spoke a civilian councilman. "We should send for his return he is Konohas weapon after all." Spoke the Warhawk danzo which caused the civilians to agree with him until the Hokage spoke up and said "Absolutely not we must take into consideration his new status we should try to convince him to return of his own will first." He suggested and the said "I call a vote to try a peaceful approach and convince naruto to return to us, all in favor raise your hands." The Hokage raised his hands along with all the clan heads. I see then it's decided I will go along with a escort to meet with him and with the help of a navy ship we can get there in 2 weeks. So send letters to the navy and Amazon Lilly to request an audience with the empress. They all agreed and so that's what happened.
Time skip 2 weeks we now see a beautiful island being approached by a navel ship that soon anchored down and waited this caused the group of shinobi to look at the captain questionably "Captain smoker why have we stopped the island is there." Asked one of the envoys named Kurenai. Before he could speak they heard a yell form his vice captain tashigi saying sea emperor incoming.!" She shouted just then a massive servant like creature jumped out of the water only for smoker and tashigi to jump at it and knock it back into the water. "That's why the captain spoke simply." The group agreed and the its was the Hokage turn to speak i see the if we can't get to the island then how are we going to speak to them." Smoker only looked to tashigi and she nodded her hard signifying she knew what to do. She got out a transponder snail a and started using it. For a few moments it's was just the sound "Beda beda beda" over and over until it's sounding it said "gotcha" the they hear a female voice speak in a Stern voice saying" who is this and what do you want ." "Lady Hancock it's me tashigi we are here with the envoy form the elemental nations." Tashigi spoke "I see then I see your ship now we will be there in a moment. The call ended and then the group saw the large gates on the front of the island to see a red and black ship with their golly roger on it being a skull circled by snakes. And pulling the ship were two snake looking animals this was the ship of the kuja pirates. After a minute the ships came next to each other and then a bridg was dropped to the kuja ship and the pirate empress walked up it with her sister tailing her. When she got on the ship most of the crew were turned to stone and she looked at the Konoha delegation and saw 4 teams with the Hokage bing team 7,8,9,and 10 with sai taking the 3rd spot on team 7 with them were their sensei bing Kakishi Kurenai guy and Asuma then there was the 3rd Hokage who stepped forward and bows respectfully " lady Boa I'm the 3rd Hokage of Konoha and with me are team 7,8,9,10." He spoke kindly and diplomatically. "You have 3 minutes till I leave and return to my island so speak quickly. Why did you seek an audience with me. "I see we'll Ill get right to the point your brother..." he paused and before he could continue "If it's to relate to my brother the speak with the upmost caution or I will kill you." Her words were harsh and were filled with killing intent coming off of her and her entire ship who can hear the conversation. "I understand there is no need for violence I simply wish for him to return home with me." He said hurriedly however that was the wrong thing to say as this made Hancock extremely mad. Before she could do anything they hard tashigi say that another sea monster was heading their way when suddenly it dove down and after a minute it resurfaced in the same spot dead and covers in cuts and blood this shocked the students and teachers but what was more shocking was when that saw a figure swimming to the kuja pirate ship think the person was going to die the Konoha delegation was about to step in when one of the leading snakes duped it's head down in the water. But then they saw it come up with a person on its head said person jumped to the navy ship and landed next to this pirate empress and spoke kindly while starting to dry himself off " Hey sis I'm home" the Hokage and the others except the pirates and remaining navy were shocked at who it was it was Naruto Uzumaki or now Boa Naruto he was wearing a simple red and white kimono with a katana at his side and before Hancock could greet her little brother they heard a collective "ehhhhhh!!" From all those form Konoha and the Hokage simply said "Naruto my boy." Said boy looked at the Konoha ninja and his expression went form happy to cold and emotionless "what do you all want and what are you doing here" he spoke so coldly it's felt like ice to them and his cold blue eyes spoke of death if he didn't like the answer. Despite his age naruto was a hardened swordsman and was one of the best at the simple age of 13. The Hokage speakers and was about to hug Naruto when he get a sword pointed at his throat. Naruto spoke again this time with home releasing his killing intent on the old man and said one word
"Talk" he demanded.
