Secrets

I finally came out of dads office after given five months of being grounded. I pulled up the metal blinds and  peered out the window. I saw the same thing I'd seen before, a dark deserted town filled with nothing but emptiness. But something drew my gaze, blood writing on a dusty unused wall that read:

BEWARE!

with a picture of a burning scull underneath. I noticed several police inspecting the damage. As I turned around I saw a dark shadow of a man. As I looked up I saw a hooded figure with black eyes standing in front of me! A bloody dagger in one hand and a tiny parcel in the other! However there was no time to wonder this man did not look nice! He made a lunge at me with his sharp blade I dogged it and grabbed a dining chair he swiped with his fist but caught thin air. I was about to strike with my chair but he had vanished! My mother came rushing down the corridor, with a dish and cloth in her hand, repeating "What's wrong? What happened?" in a worried voice. I explained what happened, about the strange man that tried to kill me and about my heroic move. Maybe I could save the galaxy if I trained more often, I couldn't just train at school. My mother rushed me to my room and then hurried off to dad. A rush of pain took over my arm. Sitting down, I glanced at my arm to my horror I saw a deep cut shaped as a scull. I howled in pain as the cut burnt but the thing that I was worrying about was that the blade hadn't even touched me! Ruby burst into my room saying "What happened, I herd a screamed?" I rolled up my bloody sleeve. Ruby looked surprised and shocked." Tears ran down my eyes and dropped on my cut. She squealed for mum, she came hurrying in worried the strange man was back. When she saw he wasn't she sighed in relief but when she saw the blood she squeaked she dabbed it with her delicate fingers.  

The next morning the blood on my arm was gone but the deep scull scar was there. I sat up in bed and pulled on my clothes and ran down the corridor to breakfast. The radio was on it said: Five people have been murdered by an unknown murderer... the victims were Darius Ganez, Mildra Sonett, Divina Thoran, Rory Walton and Iafan Baize.

" People died?" Ruby exclaimed.

"Yes, people died" mum said calmly.

"Were they killed by you-know-who?"

"Yes," my dad said solemnly.

"But why didn't they say that on the radio?" questioned Ruby shuffling on her chair.

"Because they don't want anyone to panic," mum answered.

"How come you know?" Ruby asked.

"Because were going to help fight the- go to the main room I want to listen to the err... radio!"

I unwillingly walked into the living room the radio was still on but dad had left the room so I started listening a soft voice like my best friends mum went: You all can now come out of your houses but between nine am and six pm. Thank-you from Tazi help.

We're allowed out! All because of my best friends mum, Lorris Tazi. I whooped cheered and shouted "WE'ER ALLOWED OUUT!" I rushed out to Lensi Tazi's house but I saw her on the way she ran over to me.

" I've called Rose, Adrien and Rik, there all meeting us at the park."

"Cool." I answered checking watch there was at lest fifty texts from Lensi! She led me down to the park, her beautiful red hair tied up in a pristine bun. Eventually we got there to see Rose sketching the quaint little flowers with delicate petals, Rik showing his muscles and dark brown hair off like he always dose and Adrien playing tag with some little kids. I rushed over to him he smiled at me I've always looked up to him, literally he was very tall and his skin was dark the cheerful sort but doesn't speak much. He used to but ever since his farther died he was never the same still excitable but just stopped talking put his hair up like his farther brushed to one side and gelled down. Adrien's dad work studying other galaxies he discovered The Milky Way but no-one believed that it was real. I do. "Hey Adrien, have you noticed that people have been keeping secrets?" I whispered. He nodded and beckoned me to follow him. He lead me to Rik. I asked him if he had realised any secrets. He had. His dad is an army officer and he was keeping secrets from Rik. "What would you need an army officer, a pilot and a paramedic for?" I asked Rik. Rose immediately hurried over, her blonde tied up like a little kid, and said a war!
