Chapter Five

Immediately Sofia called everyone , only Ivy couldn't go visit their beloved friend. But Sofia was glad that's what she wanted , she hated Ivy she was better off dead she thought. The friends walked through the doors of the hospital with tear stained faces. They looked up , they looked down with confusion. Soon enough a way to happy nurse directed them to Brees room. "Intensive care unit" the sign read . Than they saw their friends beautiful face , eyes closed and pale. Linda was the first one to enter , tears poured down her face . Why didn't she stop her ? Why didn't she tell anyone ? Why ? Why ? Why? Her hand brushed up against her face as she sat down causing Bree's eyelid to flutter. A startled look went across Bree's face ,but also embarrassment . Her eyes flickered to the nurse bottom causing her to press it and the friends were asked to leave.

It was Friday everyone was out partying haveing fun while the friends were all debating if they even wanted to live another day.None of them ever left their homes. Why would they ? To get more judged , more hated. They couldn't go anywhere without feeling that everyone was looking at them..... every single inch of them. They weren't perfect but they desperately wanted to be .Linda was told everyday she was fat , useless and just plain awful . Yet she did everything for her family, she cleaned took care of the children even with those words lingering around her . Ana came home to an empty house everyday , no one cared if she ate did good in school or anything else. Sofia came home to a high brother a sleepy mother and a drunken father . Bree came home to a father and mother fighting and taking care of the babies. Than when she tried to find escape in the Internet people just brought her down more. But what caused her to jump ? People were starting to learn these friends weren't normal but depressed and mentally ill. But still no one cared in their eyes.

Everyone slept the weekend away and soon enough it was monday. The friends didn't know what today would hold but it couldn't possibly get good. Each one of them met at the stairs and decided to face the school together. But someone was missing ...Ivy. No one cared though , they began to walk up the stairs . Ivy was hidden in the shadows , she wasn't ready to face another day.

Ivy felt eyes on her she slowly began to turn around to see bright green eyes . "Derek" she hissed "what do you want?" . Derek just looked at her ,"what happened to you?" He said. "I fell" is what she responded with. Derek grabbed her lightly bringing her closer to him , he looked deep in her eyes and began to stutter out " I know that's not what happened. Ivy broke down her head went against his chest and that's where they stayed for what seemed like forever. At that moment Ivy was safe and never wanted to leave his arms.

Quickly Ivy noticed what she had done and ran up the stairs . Derek stood there confused but happy? The bell rang and he ran to his class as quickly as possible. Ana sat in class when dizziness consumed her. all she heard was the howling of the wind and her teachers voice echoing in the background. It has been a long time since Ana had last eaten , as she remembered this a smile grew across her face as she looked down at her recieding stomach.

At lunch Ivy was still no where to be found. Sofia, Linda and Ana sat at their usual table as soon as their butts sat down hateful words began coming out of Sofia's mouth. Every time Ivy was no where to be seen the most rotten thing came out of Sofia's mouth about her. Linda and Ana just sat there, they didn't contribute to it but they didn't stand up for her either.
