The two stared awkwardly at each other.
Todd rocked himself in the swivel stool as the silence continued. Freddy decided to buck up and asked Todd, "So Todd, what to often like to do in your free time." He looked away and waited for the bear's response; which came instantaneously. "Oh, I love to play arcade games and my Gameboy." He stated.
Freddy nodded as he listened. He never played any of the arcade games, so he couldn't relate to it. Todd could tell that this was the case and said to him, "You never played on an arcade machine or a Gameboy, have you?"
Freddy kind of froze. "Damnit, he saw through me." He thought embarrassingly, "No, it haven't. Sorry." Surprising, this made Todd excited as he stood up. "Then this is perfect." He grinned like he had an amazing idea, while Freddy was left a bit worried and confused. Todd moved towards the door and motioned for Freddy to follow.
Freddy just followed him.
They made it to the arcade room. Todd motioned Freddy towards a machine. Midnight Motorist: It was a fairly simple game. You control what lanes the car is in and the up and down movement.
Dogde the cars coming towards you and make it to the end. Todd explained this and other important things to Freddy. So he played one level just to show Freddy what to do.
Freddy was in awe watching as Todd played the game so easily. Todd was just gliding through it. After he showed Freddy what to do, it was his turn now.
"See, that's how you play." Todd said as he looked at Freddy. "Your turn." Freddy stepped in front of the machine. He stared at the controls and remembered what Todd had done. So he began to play.
His hands felt sweaty as he played the game; he didn't want to look bad in front of Todd. A few glances at him while playing made him more nervous. But I could tell Todd was enjoying watching him play, or at least he hoped so..
"Oops." Todd suddenly said out loud. It startled Freddy, but he realized what his reaction was for. Freddy lost the game.
"Oh, I guess I lost." Todd gave out a small chuckle, "That's alright! You did pretty well for a first timer." Freddy rubbed the back of his neck; he was embarrassed, but at least Todd wasn't disappointed.
He complimented him. Why wouldn't that make him happy.
For the remainder of the morning, both of them played in the arcade. Freddy had a great time all day and felt as if he and Todd had gotten closer.
"So what do you wanna do now?" Freddy asked at they sat in the kitchen eating some pizza. Todd made a thoughtful face, and Freddy assumed he was thinking.
"I'm pretty tired if I'm being honest.." Todd said as he rested his head into his palm. His face also dawned a weary expression.
Freddy looked at the time. "8:50 pm," the clock read. Oh wow, they were playing for a long time. After seeing the time, Freddy understood the other's tiredness.
Todd stood up and said, "You can have to rest," and pushed the platter towards Freddy. "I'm gonna call it a night." Todd smiled at the older bear. Freddy hummed in response.
As Todd walked away and said, "I had fun today.." He stopped at the door and looked back at Freddy, his eyes not meeting him.
"..maybe, we can do something together again tomorrow?" He asked rather shyly. That took Freddy aback, Todd demeanor changed pretty quickly when he asked that. Freddy could help but giggle.
In his mind, of course. Todd couldn't see how giddy and childish he was feeling.
So he answered, "Yeah, yeah! Of course..we can..uhh..do something tomorrow!" Freddy wanted to punch himself for stumbling over his words.
And Todd gave a sweet and goofy grin. Shit, it was stunning. "Alrighty then! Bye, Mr. Fazbear!" With that, the bear was gone.
Freddy slammed his face onto his hands. Holy shit, that actually happened! The two of them spent a day together. Freddy's heat felt like it was gonna explode from the joy he was feeling.
Was that a date they went on all day?? Why did Todd ask him to hang out again so shyly?
Freddy just didn't know the answers, and at the moment, it was the least of his problems. He had another date-
"No, day. A day with Todd. Don't be too overwhelmed by it." He thought. Freddy ate the rest of that pizza with butterflies in his stomach.
Tomorrow was gonna be great. He let out a loud and heartfelt laugh right there in the kitchen.

"Is Freddy okay?" Chica asked the purple rabbit. She heard him laugh out loud and was confused as to why.
Bonnie just smirks as he texts someone on his phone. "He's a-okay Chica. Just seems like something good is happening."
On his phone screen is this text:
