"We've been waiting for this." I said as I'm doing my makeup. "Aren't you doing too much Nabi?" said Somi. I just shrugged my shoulders with a huge smile on my face. We were stanning ATEEZ for 5 years and we get to see them in the LA concert for the first time. Me, Somi and Yujin. Triple trouble group. "We gotta hurry." said Yujin. I run to the downstairs to wear my chunky boots and checked myself for the last time on the mirror. Then we get to the taxi for the concert hall. We were 6 hours early but we had to get barricade spots. I connected my phone to the speaker as I open Cyberpunk to ease my anxiety. When we finally arrive to the area we looked at each other with teary eyes and hugged.
After a few hours they were on the stage for the sound check. And there was he. Looking beautiful with no makeup and sweatpants. My heart immediately started racing and I looked at my friends. We were all shaking like crazy. Then I turned back to the stage and he was already staring at me. When we made eye contact, he smiled and winked. I felt a lightning inside my heart and just tried to smile back.
The concert started, it was so crowded but yet we were still at the barricade spot. San was always on our side posing for me, holding my hand and singing while looking at my eyes. After the concert we made it to the home and I couldn't sleep all night. We still have to go to the fansign in the morning but something felt off. I ignored it and tried to sleep.
I woke up after sleeping for only 4 hours. But I couldn't just ignore the way he treated me. Like I was someone special. I skipped breakfast cause I was feeling nauseous. I woke up the girls and we started to get ready. The fansign place wasn't too far from where we were staying so we weren't in a rush. We repeated the same routine as yesterday and headed to the place.
When it was our turn I sat down first and I wasn't feeling as nauseous as I think San with the other members. I was still feeling like I was gonna get a heart attack but it wasn't that bad. Then it was San's turn. I started shaking and sweating but he looked at me with the stars in his eyes. I suddenly felt safe. I sat down and smiled with my eyes. I couldn't breathe properly under the mask but seeing San was everything I needed. He smiled back and said "I saw you yesterday at the concert, you were so beautiful''. I could feel my tears running down my face. He hold my hand and squeezed it gently while saying "Please don't cry. I wanna see your smile. Can you put down your mask for a minute?". I did what he asked and smiled. We talked for a few minutes then I asked him to draw a heart on my wrist. He draw a big heart and wrote our initials in it. I thanked him and moved on to another member.
After the fansign we went to drink coffee with the girls and I showed them what he drew. "Wtf isn't it forbidden to touch each other?" said Somi. I smiled it off and said "I told you, something is different." while I was still looking at the heart. Then my phone buzzed. It was an unknown number. I opened the message and gasped. Somi and Yujin was looking at me with curiosity. When I showed them the message they screamed and looked at me. "I guess you're right." said Yujin. It was from San saying 'Hi it's San. I got your number from the fansign list. Would you like to grab something to drink tomorrow? We're here for a week and I don't have any friends :)'. I just couldn't believe what was happening. I thought about what should I type for 15 minutes and said 'Hi! I'd like to be your friend. :)'. He texted me the address and time. I couldn't believe it but it was finally happening.
