"Oh no, no, no. Caroline! Alé, did you know about this?" Rosa glared at the two from the back seat of Caroline's car as they approached the apartment complex that Rosa was very familiar with who lived upstairs.
Alejandro shook his head letting out a small sigh. "Trust me, hermana. Does this look like something I would want to take part in?"
Rosa nodded at her brother knowing he would never put her in this situation willingly without talking to her first. She could tell any mention of the Parker family still brings him uneasiness from that night. Rosa turned to glare at Caroline as she parked the car. "Let me guess, this was demon and broody's idea?" Rosa said looking at the two boxes of pizzas, monopoly, case of beer and a bottle of whiskey beside her in the backseat.
"Getting information from Kai and involving you two, yes. The game night idea was mine though," Caroline said nervously.
Rosa raised an eyebrow as she leaned forward against the seats. Caroline slightly gulped feeling Rosa and Alejandro's stare on her. "Gathering information regarding what, Caroline?"
Caroline sighed. "They told me not to tell you two anything but Alaric and Jo found out they're having twins and they're freaking out that Kai could possibly know and that's why he hasn't left back to Oregon since getting Jo's magic. So Alaric came to Damon asking for help." Caroline turns to look at the twins. "Since Kai likes Rosa, Damon and Stefan asked me to think of something to get you to do it. And, this was the best idea I could come up with."
"Wait, what does professor having twins have to do with Kai?" Alejandro asked.
"They think Kai will come after her because they would be next in line for the merge. Which would cause Kai to lose his leadership of the coven and magic," Rosa shook her head and sighed. "But what makes them think Kai even knows she's having twins? Also, I already told the Salvatore brothers I was done with the bet."
Caroline started getting out of the car as the Valencia twins followed. "I'm not going up there, Caroline. I've had enough of Parker family drama. And I specifically don't want to involve Alé in it anymore. I just got my neck snapped a couple days ago by the professor."
Caroline grabbed the stuff from the back seat setting it on top of the car. She looked over at Rosa with sympathy. "Damon said if you do this Rosa, then he'll accept it as his win from the bet and you're clear from anymore favors from him." Alejandro walks around the car towards Caroline to help carry the stuff. "Please, Rosa. We just want to make sure Jo and the babies are safe."
Rosa sighed and sped around the car towards Caroline. Caroline flinched slightly as Rosa reached over her for the bottle of whiskey saying, "fine. But, the Salvatore's and Mr. Saltzman are idiots if they really think Kai would confess that he's planning to murder the babies in front of my twin and you."
