MORE DAD MARCUS! DAD-STRONG
no smut but mentions of kiddos and implementing the act of... children making? Idk I feel this is just becoming progressivly more unhinged recently.

My phone buzzed harshly next to me on the coffee table, I sighed and marked the page of my book, picking up my phone to see a spam of messages from My Husband Marcus and my best friend Clem.
A slew of baby photos and videos filled our chats as I watched and looked at some of the photos of my husband playing with Clem's friends baby.

"Oh No, Clem, I want one."
Marcus giggled, tickling the little girl who was screaming and giggling.
Clem laughed, reaching out to tickle the girls chin, cooing at her softly while Marcus let go, she turned around and squealed, running back towards him as he spread his arms to scoop her back up.

"It's been three years mate, why don't you guys have the whole family talk?"
Clem asked, fidgeting with his phone as Marcus put her back down.
The video ended before I could hear Marcus's response, making me pout as the videos and photos stopped.

Maybe he was rights it's been three years since we got married and even been together for 8 plus years.
Why don't we have kids?
I was thinking about it for the rest of the day, zoning out cleaning plates and watching TV, even reading couldn't get me to focus.

"This is useless."
I muttered to myself, markings my page and slamming my book shut.

"You're not one to abuse books, what's up?"
I head from the doorway, making me jump slightly as I put the book down on the coffee table.

"It's nothing, just stressed."
Marcus nodded and slowly sat next to me picking up the book I was reading.

"So there's no reason you're reading this specific book?"

"I can't focus on my others."
I groaned, leaning on his shoulder, nudging his shoulder with my head.
He placed it back down again before turning to let me lie down on him as he tucked a pillow under his neck.

"You still have your shoes on."
He sighed, kicking them off and flinging them at the wall where they landed with two heavy clunks.
His hands returned to my shoulders, pulling at my shirt softly to straighten out the creases.

"You're still thinking."
He whispered, leaning down to kiss my ear softly, my body released some of the tension that was pent up.

"What are you thinking about? Seriously this time."

"I don't wanna tell you."
I muttered, shuffling quickly to sit up and look at him.
He smiled up at me, rubbing my arm quickly and squeezing it softly.

"You can tell me anything."
He smiled looking for a trace of security on my face

"Clem sent me one of the videos today and I was watching him ask why we didn't have kids."
I looked away from him, my eyes falling onto my wedding ring as I fidgeted with it, running it around my finger a few times while Marcus dropped his hands to rub my knees softly.
He sighed, squeezing the bare skin as if to tell me to go on with my explanation while he began fidgeting with the leg of my shorts.

"I was was thinking, he's right, we're married three years and we're together eight almost nine."
My voice tripped slightly as I looked back up to see the serious expression on Marcus's face.
His eyes never once left mine.

"Maybe it is time to do the whole family thing."
I muttered, making sure he could still hear me as I began playing with the material of his shirt inbetween my finger tips.
One of his hands quickly found my chin, pulling it up softly to smile at me.

"If you want to, I know I want to."
He whispered, giving my knee another squeeze while my heart fluttered about and my stomach got butterflies.
I nodded my head and softly fell back down to link my lips into his.
He giggled against my lips, pulling back slightly.

"Now?!?"
He laughed, kissing me inbetween and making me laugh too.

"You said if I want to!"
I yelled inbetween kisses.
He chuckled and pulled me back down to kiss me softly again.
